GoogleHighly recommended. Some say that Estate Agents now do little to earn their commission. This was not true about Joe, who proactively marketed our late father’s house and rapidly found suitable buyers. He was understanding and helpful with the delays due to difficulties in obtaining probate. He willingly provided help by attending in person to let people into the house when we were not able to be there and making sure that in was secure.

GoogleHaving just completed the sale of our house with Kate acting as our selling agent I cannot praise her enough .Her attention to detail ,professionalism and diligence is outstanding particularly in dealing with buyers which would easily win the award for being the the most awkward buyers of the year.Rob also deserves praise for being totally committed to providing an excellent service.What a great team.

GoogleI recently worked with them in an attempt to purchase a property. Despite several meetings and numerous emails, I was ultimately unable to complete the purchase due to the lack of attention and support from the estate agent. They seemed disorganized and often failed to provide me with complete or accurate information, which caused delays and confusion throughout the process. Additionally, I found that they were unresponsive to my calls and emails, which further hindered my ability to move forward with the purchase. In the end, I was forced to walk away from the deal due to their inability to effectively manage the process. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from them and would not recommend them to others.

I have reviewed the notes on our file and throughout the process we have maintained continuous communication with you at each stage and calls/emails were returned and proactive phone calls were made to yourself and all parties in the transaction to help progress the matter. We have attempted to assist you on numerous occasions and in particular you have reached out to us for support in getting your solicitor to communicate with you and the vendors solicitor which we did on your behalf. You have never expressed any dissatisfaction with our service throughout the matter so I am surprised to read your comments, we understand that the vendor couldn’t commit to your timescales and this is out of our control and I fully appreciate this was frustrating for you. GoogleI was so impressed by my experience with Gascoigne Halman, they exceeded all expectations. My purchase was a particularly long one and Julie was amazing at helping me work through it every step of the way, she was always available whenever I needed her, and her customer service was amazing. I would not hesitate to use Gascoigne Halman again whenever I next buy or sell a property, definitely the best estate agent experience I’ve had, thanks so much!

GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with all the staff at the Whaley Bridge office. Polite, courteous and responsive. Selling a home can be stressful at times so it was reassuring to know I had a good agent that can be relied upon. They also managed to secure a good price for the property which was a bonus.

GoogleGascoigne Halman has been the letting agent for my house in Macclesfield for 16 years. The service that Lisa and the team provides is fantastic - friendly, professional and efficient. They make everything so easy. Even during COVID, Lisa found tenants for me with no bother at all, so that there was hardly a break between tenants. Gascoigne Halman should be your number 1 choice if you are a landlord or tenant looking to rent a property in the area. They look after you so well.

We felt like they really looked after us and everyone at the branch was up to speed on how the sale and purchase was progressing. Really impressed and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling their house to use Gasgoine Halman and speak with Markus 1st ahead of other Wilmslow agents. They handled the whole process with such care and detail and made it feel stress free. Communication was excellent. GoogleThe staff at the Poynton office were brilliant especially Owen.Communication was excellent. Hi .They sold the house quickly but as I realised during the process it’s not just about selling.There were ups and downs along the way with surveys,solicitors etc. Owen and his colleagues were professional, kind and supportive all the way through. Owen facilitated the sale by communicating with solicitors and other Estate Agents keeping us informed at every step. I don’t know how long it would have taken without his persistence. I cannot thank them enough. We are finally in our dream home. I would definitely recommend Gascogne Halman Poynton.
