GoogleFantastic service from Gascoigne Halman. Matthew Follett was brilliant in helping organise my mortgage, providing quality, friendly advice throughout the process. James and his team at the Didsbury branch were also great with excellent communication, quick replies to any questions and everything was handled very efficiently. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Gascoigne Halman and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Their very professional service from start to finish was started initially with our meeting with James who gave us the confidence to allow GH to sell our property, then to Tom who got things going and then lastly a special thanks to Nicola who was very approachable, keeping us well informed throughout the process; if she didn't have the answer to hand when contacted it wasn't long until she got it. Great Service.

GoogleI have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!

GoogleThe whole team were fantastic from start to finish. Viewings were done very professionally and friendly. They were always ready to answer queries and the chain was kept up to date. Communications were top class. Exchange and completion needed lots of chasing and patience and Steph worked so hard to arrange it. Highly recommend this team.

GoogleIt was clear the focus of the company was their own commission. Felt they were more concerned with the buyer who wasn’t their client. Would avoid if you want transparency.

Selling the family home was a very difficult time for us and we were treated with the utmost understanding, care and compassion. I never felt rushed or unsupported throughout the whole process. Telephone calls and emails were always answered and returned promptly, I received regular updates without chasing. GoogleWe recently sold our property through Gascoigne Halman Heaton Moor and were incredibly pleased with the service throughout! We mainly dealt with Adam and Sharon and they were both so friendly and helpful at every step of the process which was just what we needed during the stress of a house move. Adam was very warm and honest, and did a great job with the viewings, and Sharon updated us with every development along the way. She also regularly chased solicitors on our behalf to ensure things kept moving forwards. I would highly recommend Gascoigne Halman Heaton Moor. 10 out of 10!

I have rented in the past but this engagement is commendable.
