GoogleI used Gascoigne to rent out my house in Hayfield. They were really professional and Regan Barry who was the agent communicated with me all the time. I got a tenant within a week of going on the market for a fair rental price. I am very pleased with their service.

GoogleWe purchased our new home via Gascoigne Halman. Whilst waiting (a long and difficult time) for the sale of my house to progress through a different estate agents, Gascoigne Halman were extremely professional, supportive and sympathetic throughout the selling/purchasing process. It was unexpected and really appreciated. Chloe, John and Karen have been amazing. We know that they will be the estate agents we make a beeline for if we ever sell. Thank you!

GoogleI've just completed a sale through Gascoigne Halman Glossop. Spot on from start to finish, fantastic marketing material, fair price and superb communication throughout. My main contact was Chloe, she was awesome and all the team are great. We achieved the asking price within a week of the property going live and everything was pretty much plain sailing from then on! 👍👍

GoogleAfter initially being hesitant about whether to start the house buying and selling process, we got some great advice from Karen who very kindly let us view some houses that were on the market with GH to get us an idea of what was out there and decide if it we wanted to list our house. From this experience, we decided to put our house on the market with Gascoigne Halman and it sold within a week. Throughout the whole sales process, Chloe was really helpful, positive and reassuring. She always answered my many worried phone calls and emails and helped to see our sale through to a happy conclusion. Karen and John were also fantastic at picking up the cause if Chloe was unavailable and the whole team was always really helpful. Despite being a national chain, it really felt like a personal, local service. We're now settled in our lovely new home and couldn't be happier.

GoogleGascoigne Halman Knutsford are bombastic. Have a dismissive attitude. Liars and utmost disrespectful. Poor communication with Solicitors led to a failed sale. Had to change Estate Agents.
We have attempted to discuss matters with you without success, there are always two sides to a story and we feel your comments are both un-fair and incorrect.

GoogleSiobhan at Gascoigne Halman was absolutely exceptional. I have run 3 letting businesses over 25 years and Siobhan has been one of the best I have worked with. Communicating after hours and on days off just to ensure the process went smoothly. I was initially unsure on instructing GH, But she eloquently and efficiently won me round. Siobhan then went on to secure letting viewings quickly and efficiently. She produced a video of her own of my property and swiftly agreed a let. The admin side has progressed equally effificiently. Could not speak highly enough.

They co-ordinated well with the team in Holmes Chapel who were also really friendly and kept me to up date with interest expressed and viewings booked. GoogleWe just sold our house with Gascoigne Halman’s Knutsford branch, who were great from start to finish. Andrew initially came to value our home, and gave us an insightful overview of the market and the type of buyer we should aim for. We were then placed in the very capable hands of Dev, who guided us through the process and showed great enthusiasm and communication skills. He was excellent in communicating constantly with our solicitors and our buyer’s solicitor to ensure everything went smoothly. We can honestly say that the team made the sale of our home much less stressful than we expected it to be, so a massive thank you to the team for that. We would not hesitate to use them again, and to recommend them to family and friends.
