In what turned out to be a very long and complicated transaction, Kate kept me fully up to date with how things were progressing. I truly believe that without her diligence and commitment to this matter, it would have been highly likely that the purchase would have fallen through. GoogleAfter speaking with other agents, I choose Gascoine Halman without hesitation. The reason was Lewis, the manager. He spent time outlining options, detailing the services and engendered a spirit of confidence in him and his company without an overt sales pitch. The house was photographed, the write-up presented for review and when ready, we went to market a few days before my holiday. The house sold for in excess of the asking price and was a done deal before I came back home. The entire staff of his branch were positive, supportive and great to have onside. I cannot praise them enough and highly recommend this company.

GoogleWe recently sold our home with Gascoigne Halman and we are so pleased we chose this agency to take care of our sale. Kate barker especially has been absolutely wonderful throughout the selling process, keeping us up to date regularly and making us feel at ease. She was highly professional in every aspect of the sale and also very easy to talk with. Nothing was too much and Kate was always happy to help and support us whenever we needed it. GoogleGascoigne Halman has been the letting agent for my house in Macclesfield for 16 years. The service that Lisa and the team provides is fantastic - friendly, professional and efficient. They make everything so easy. Even during COVID, Lisa found tenants for me with no bother at all, so that there was hardly a break between tenants. Gascoigne Halman should be your number 1 choice if you are a landlord or tenant looking to rent a property in the area. They look after you so well.
