GoogleIn selling our family bungalow, we appointed Gascoigne Halman in Sale as our agents; we could not have been happier with the service that we received, they are a class act. Whoever we spoke with (Andrew, Hannah, Julie, Annie, Zoe, Tom, Dan, Vanessa) they knew who we were, they knew about the bungalow, they were able to give personalised feedback on viewings etc; each team member was very professional and genuinely cared about selling our property. After we accepted an offer, we were in the incredibly talented hands of Julie and Annie; their guidance through the latter stages helped us to maximise upon the final agreed sales price. If you want an exceptional service and if you want to maximise upon the sales price that you will obtain in selling your property - then appoint Gascoigne Halman in Sale.

GoogleSelling a house is stressful and I didn’t know where to start with it all. They had my house on the web within under a week of coming to quote and carried out 30 plus viewings. Once a buyer was selected the team kept in touch with me regularly to ensure it all ran smoothly. The Sale team were fantastic and I can not recommend them enough. Thanks again to the whole team.

GoogleFantastic service. Haven't moved for 10 years and this time we were towards the top of a chain. Stressful along the way (including losing a buyer and having to start over) but Tom @ Gascoigne Halman was a fantastic help - especially towards the end. I have never thought about the value that estate agents provide once they hand over the process to solicitors but Tom was on the phone every day around exchange - always available, professional, good communicator and a massive help during the process. Highly recommend

GoogleJulie and the team at Gascoigne Halman were instrumental in making sure that our sale/purchase and the sales/purchases of the rest of the chain were all successful. Their communication was great and they helped coordinate all the solicitors involved in the chain - which required a lot of chasing by Julie and the team, as the solicitors were typically pretty hard to get a response from. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Sale and were very pleased that we chose Gascogne Halman, Sale, to market our property. From first to last the whole team: Andrew, Julie and Dan were very professional and helped us through what at times was a fraught process. One regret was the fact that we used the Gascoigne Halman conveyancing service. They are a national firm and we really struggled to get the conveyancing process really started. At least we had Julie and Andrew to progress chase for us, but it was stressful. Despite this I would recommend Gascoigne Halman to anyone. Thank you!

GoogleWe have sold three times through Gascoigne Halman and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Our latest sale was handled brilliantly from start to finish. We were a little nervous about getting the right quality of viewers as our property was listed at the higher end of the local market. However, all the right questions were asked and only serious buyers were booked appointments. In no time at all we had a sale secured at a price we were very happy with. Andrew visited to do the valuation and talked us through everything market related. Hannah took brilliant pictures to advertise the house perfectly and Julie the office manager navigated us through the process up to completion. Overall we had excellent service from all the staff at the Sale branch and pass on our thanks to all.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Gascoigne Halman, Sale branch. Especially Dan, he went above and beyond for what was an extremely complex sale. Always on hand trying and succeeding to keep all the cogs turning. I don’t think I could have got this 8mth (yes EIGHT MONTH!) sale without the support and advice given.

GoogleSince beginning the process of selling our mother's house, the service I have received from Gascoigne Halman has been excellent. After our initial meeting, I was impressed by Andrew's enthusiasm, interest, and clear knowledge of the locality of my mum's house, along side a sympathetic understanding that comes with a probate sale. Throughout all the viewings, I was always updated by staff and Andrew provided excellent advice and guidance throughout. Equally, I cannot speak too highly of Julie the Sales Manager, who, through what became a rather lengthy and stressful journey to exchange, always responded quickly to emails, called me regularly, and showed a pro-active, caring and very helpful approach throughout. Anyone selling in Sale should use Gascoigne Halman!

GoogleI recently used Gascoigne Halman to sell my apartment in Sale. Dan Mitchell went above and beyond in terms of dealing with both my own and my buyer’s solicitors and managed what was sometimes a tricky process with great skill, attention, calm and helpful advice. He also has a very good knowledge of the area and the properties in it. I highly recommend Dan and the entire Sale office to anyone selling a property in this area - you’ll be in very safe hands.

GoogleWe let our house through Gascoigne and Halman. Couldn’t fault the fantastic service from start to finish with Sophie and Charlotte. They made what I thought would be very stressful procedure, simple and easy with their support. They managed to get tenants for us within a week, which was very impressive! Definitely would recommend and will be using again.
