GoogleWe have just sold our house with Gascoigne Halman and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Their very professional service from start to finish was started initially with our meeting with James who gave us the confidence to allow GH to sell our property, then to Tom who got things going and then lastly a special thanks to Nicola who was very approachable, keeping us well informed throughout the process; if she didn't have the answer to hand when contacted it wasn't long until she got it. Great Service.

GoogleOur experience as first time buyers knowing nothing about the property game was made so much easier by our estate agent, Will. From viewings to completion, Will was incredibly helpful often going beyond his role with recommendations and to liaise with necessary parties on our behalf to speed things up. Due to reasons out of our control, it was quite an extended wait from offer accepted to completion and we can’t imagine what the past 10 months would have been like without him. Thanks, Will!

We have had a 5 star service from Charlie who kept in touch every week either by phone or email. He explained the process to us as it's been 32 years since we last bought and sold a house. He answered all our questions and queries no matter how small. He chased up solicitors and other estate agents in the chain. Charlie has made the whole experience stress free for us as buyers. GoogleBe careful... They are using ai to make properties look a million times better than they actually are, in certain images. Very deceptive with no clear instruction that this is NOT current/genuine image of an existing structure. BE WARNED.

GoogleI recently viewed a property with my mum who is currently in a wheelchair. We were looking downsize and found a property perfect for our situation. The estate agent who viewed the property with us on two separate occasions was very helpful, friendly and offered lots of useful of advice with regards to the property and its features. They put at ease any of our concerns and were open to any questions and had lots of useful suggestions. GoogleI recently sold my house through Gascoigne Halman in Altrincham. As a first time seller, I was really happy with how the team worked with me from the first visit right up until completion. In particular, Jo who managed my sale and Rob who did the valuation, photographs and great marketing. Jo couldn’t do enough to help chase up issues further up the chain and was always extremely polite, professional and approachable. I would recommend to anyone looking to sell in the area!

GoogleI have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!
