It has been along slog but we got there in the end. I want to thank all the staff at Gascoigne Halman- Lymm Branch. From Andrew the manager who initially valued my house and gave me some really good advice and all the lovely sales staff. I think all of them have been in my house showing potential buyers around. The staff care about you and are genuinely invested in selling your house for the best realistic price. We did have some hiccups- I lost a buyer because they lost their buyer so I had to move on and the staff helped with their positive comments & feedback. Sam has been the chief negotiator in the latter stages and want to thank her for her reassurance and professionalism. We had an ongoing leak for our whole tenancy (over 12 months) which created mould issues. This was reported many times only to have no one come out. They only "fixed" the issue after we had let them know we had moved out because they had to take marketing photos and do viewings. Then, at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge us for damages their contractor had done after we had left the property. They fail to get back to you unless you give them a deadline, they have ignored requests for mandatory documentation such as deposit certificates and prescribed information, they have failed to give tenants notice on multiple occasions and finally they have broken GDPR regulations as well. The staff were friendly when speaking to them, but sadly I cannot give the company a higher review due to our experience.

Such a stress free and quick process renting out our lovely new home in Glossop. Due to Chloe Bell, who was so kind, very professional, and just a lovely lady.
