GoogleWe dealt with Rob first to help with the sale of our property. Following this, we liaised with Shoshannah to keep us up to date on the sale. GoogleWe purchased our home through Gascoigne Halman Cheadle and had a really positive experience! Throughout the process they were helpful, responsive and just lovely in their communications. Shoshannah in particular was always on-hand speaking with both solicitors to promote a seamless experience in what was quite a stressful process due to ineffective solicitors. She was always willing to get on the phone to chase and push to speed up the process as we were on a tight deadline. Thanks Shoshannah and team - it was much appreciated :)

GoogleWhere do I start with Gascoigne Halman. They have recently sold my house for the asking price and in a very difficult market. This is the 5th transaction that I have been involved in with them and I must say they are the most professional of all the estate agents in the entire Altrincham area. Whether it be Bobby, the manager, Claire and Vicky they have all been thorough, persistent and the perfect agents. In selling a house, it is not just about getting viewers through the door and an offer on the table, but as equally important is the "after offer" service and pushing the sale forward to a completion. Gascoigne Halman have always been brilliant at chasing up solicitors, mortgage companies, surveyors to allow the smooth running of a sale. Being an estate agent is not just about producing a glossy brochure and a desirable over inflated price, but providing an accurate valuation. Many estate agents overinflate prices to attract a listing but the prices are unobtainable. Stick with Gascoigne Halman for a super service.

We both bought a house from them and recently sold one and the service from start to finish was attentive, personable & efficient. GoogleAvoid - Worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. No human element just very black and white figures and facts. Failed to read emails properly regarding proposed move date on numerous occassions, including the application form, pressured to accept and accept offer and led to believe the property was ours and good to go. When it came to referencing, their agent Let Alliance uses old data against you despite having official documentation and referencing and doesnt take into account referencing from previous landlords, previous estate agents, recent credit information, affordability, bank statements. Because of something that happened 5 years ago your dream home is swiped away and you are left out of pocket. Doesnt matter how you have rebuilt your life had a fantastic gleaming and glowing history for the last 5 years your application is denied without any resolution for 1 thing. After speaking and arranging viewing with other estate agents and explaining whats happened thsy are just as shocked and appalled and cant believe how we have been treated, especially when seeing our references, bank statements, affordability, future affordability, credit reports and more. Wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole.
