Adam, Kim and Sharon dealt with us professionally, considerately, and very effectively throughout the sale process to give us the success we were desperate for. Nothing was too much trouble. GoogleI was really happy with everything from start to finish with Gascoigne Halman. They achieved a great price for the sale and the house was sold after only a couple weeks after they had managed to facilitate quite a few viewings in short order, resulting in multiple offers. Thereafter the team, especially Sharon, were great at keeping me up to date and showed great patience dealing with many queries from the buyers. I hope never to sell a house again, but wouldn’t hesitate to go with them if I did.

Google5 star experience, I would like to thank Sharon Prestwood especially in sales, I was in the process of buying a house and she came in and took control of the sale and made sure nothing was missed and all parties were updated accordingly. She kept me in the loop in every aspect and it was a smooth sale and it was because of how she managed it. Can’t thank her enough. I would also like to give Dave some credit too as he gave me lots of very good advice regarding the mortgage and surveys which I took on board and he helped me a lot. Really nice guy. Highly recommend GH to anyone looking to hit or sell. Thanks Danny

Specifically, Emma was always on hand to respond to emails and calls and kept us updated with what was going on further along the chain. Emma was extremely helpful in communicating with our buyers, our buyers’ solicitors and relaying information back to us. We would definitely recommend buying or selling using Gascoigne Halman, Whaley Bridge due to their efficient, professional and personable service.
