Gascoigne Halman handled all the tricky issues with professionalism and were instrumental in overcoming legal issues to achieve the sale of the property. From arranging the viewings, providing feedback and in particular the close follow up during the actual sale process which was complex due to the chain. Georgia kept us up to date all the time and actively chased other parties in the chain to ensure things moved along as quickly as possible.

GoogleWe would thoroughly recommend Gascoigne Halman, we had a great experience with them from start to finish. We met Matt at the start and he helped us get our house on the market and the process was very speedy. Overall, we found the whole team to be very friendly, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Our shared ownership property and lengthy chain came with lots of challenges but Georgia Day was exceptional at keeping us updated and chasing up on the chain to help progress things along. Gemma Capper was also very professional and we felt the mortgage products offered were just what we needed. Thank you to the whole team!

GoogleGeorgia and the team were so brilliant with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. Nothing was too much trouble - always ready to help in whatever way they could. Georgia in particular had the patience of a saint in dealing with the solicitors who caused a lot of grief! All in all a great and efficient team who we would not hesitate to recommend.

GooglePlease do yourself a favor and avoid this agency. I relocated from Liverpool a week ago, expecting the property to be habitable. Unfortunately, I encountered a series of major defects, including no proper heating, plumbing issues, and serious cleanliness problems, the driveway was full of moss and mold. Additionally, there were rats in the garden, an issue previously reported by neighbors and past tenants but never addressed. Relocating is already stressful, but dealing with these unresolved problems, especially after being misinformed about the rat infestation, made it even worse. I was told there were no rats, yet they were still present in the garden. The agents are polite when speaking, but despite my repeated calls and reports since day one, they have taken no action to resolve these serious issues.

We contacted several real estate agencies through Rightmove, but Gascoigne Halman was the only one that responded properly. They introduced us to a property in the Sale area, which was exactly where we wanted to live. We quickly expressed our interest, and they arranged a live online viewing for us. The biggest challenge in the process was the timing of our visa application and approval. However, despite the time difference between Japan and the UK, they coordinated everything smoothly and provided quick responses, allowing us to successfully complete the tenancy agreement. Our family is extremely grateful for their kind and attentive support.
