Ours was a unique house for the area, which made finding the "right buyer" particularly important, and they did that in a timescale which enabled us to buy the house we wanted without resorting to external finance. Brilliant, easy, high-quality experience. I recently sold a flat in Macclesfield through GH. During the inital 'consultation', Matt viewed my property. Owing to Matt being very well prepared (having completed research of similar sales and recent property prices in the area beforehand, having lived experience from within and around Macclesfield, and having also being trusted to manage a number of sales of other flats within the same building recently) we agreed a listing price very quickly and easily. Photos and a subsequent, high-quality listing quickly followed and my property was offered on in a short timeframe at the target price. My case was then handed over to Georgia, who, thoughout the whole experience thereafter, was fantastic. She was proactive, had truly great communication and was of great assistance with managing the buyer/seller relationship. I was very happy with the service I received from the team at Gascoigne Halman in Hale when selling my home recently. Bobby’s guidance regarding the appropriate selling price was clear throughout the process, particularly around the implications for its listing on Rightmove. Viewings were problem-free, feedback from viewers was given to me honestly and the team was always responsive to any questions I had. Vickie was always ‘on it’ and kept me informed of where things were up to in my longish chain. She was pro-active in making sure any holdups in the chain were identified and notified to me.
