As I write this review I am currently sat here totally overjoyed that my house sale has just competed thanks to all the fabulous team at Gascoigne Halman. A special thanks to the inimitable and charismatic James Mosedale, the highly competent Tom Slater and most especially; the wonderfully professional Nicky Coppock who has hand held and communicated so well through every step of the sales process and kept me and the rest of the chain informed, even with all its ups and downs along the way. We got there and I’m just delighted - thank you all so much. Thanks to everyone else who’s been involved with the sale, namely Isla, Sue and Jeanette - apologies if I’ve missed anyone off. Thanks again you’ve all been brilliant and you know I’ll be back for the next time I need to sell my house.

Really pleased with how Georgia helped us sell our first home and purchase are second home. Georgia was extremely helpful and always happy to answer the million questions I had for her. Gemma the in-house mortgage advisor was incredible too. Really helped me understand the process and was really patient with me and found us a good deal. Would recommend 100%

If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, I’d give it. Nicky went above and beyond to ensure that our purchase went through on time. I would highly recommend this company.

I dealt with James from start to finish of the sale of my property and I have to say he was efficient, provided clear and concise communication at all times and did everything he said he was going to do. - Offer over guideline price ✅ - Over and exceeded timescales once sale had been agreed and completion ✅ - Responds to any issues and as the answers already so gave me peace of mind ✅ - Pro-active in making things happen and chasing queries that were not being addressed ✅ Everything an agent should be, professionalism, easy to approach and has acted with integrity to the highest standards at all times.

We used Gascoigne Halman Lymm to market and sell our mother's house. We were very impressed with the whole process, from the marketing brochure and photos, through to the showing of people around the property (our mother had moved into a care home by then), to the sifting of offers and all the way to completion. They showed an excellent knowledge of the local market and the credibility of potential buyers. We have particular praise for the post acceptance help we received. There were a number of issues to be resolved and Sam was invaluable in chasing and keeping tabs on the solicitors, especially the buyer's solicitor. We are happy to recommend them.

We have recently sold and bought properties from Gascoigne Halman in Chapel-en-le-frith. The processes were far from straightforward, due to various legal complications, but Peter and his team helped us through each stage in a friendly, efficient and professional way. They helped move things along when things seemed to be stalling and were great at communicating with us as vendors and purchasers. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you team!

Georgia was so supportive throughout our purchase. She co-ordinated solicitors and other estate agents to make sure that our sale went through at the first opportunity. She kept us updated with the progress of the chain and helped us through the stressful twists and turns of house buying. I wouldn’t consider using another estate agent in the future.

I cannot recommend James and the Gascoigne team at Marple Bridge enough! From the very beginning, James went above and beyond to assist us in securing our dream property. His unwavering commitment and attention to detail were evident as he kept us updated at every step of the process. His support made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable. Without a doubt, I would choose the Gascoigne team in Marple Bridge again.

Absolutely first class service from the Gascoigne Halman team (again) - and this time I wasn't even the seller ! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were of great assistance helping with the progress of my purchase, despite not being paid a penny by me ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, I genuinely feel they are head and shoulders above any of their rivals. After several property transactions over the past few years I have learnt not to bother with the others, I just head straight to them.
