They were so friendly, helpful, and approachable, making what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. GoogleI've just exchanged on my flat purchase with Gascoigne Halman Heaton Moor after long delays due to my solicitors. If it wasn't for Sharon and the team I would of pulled out a long while ago. The support she's given throughout this process has been so amazing I cant thank her enough. She went above and beyond for me at every step of the way. I'm a first time buyer on my own and my solicitors have been so hard to communicate with, however Sharon has explained everything to me from start to finish. I really wouldn't of been able to do it without her. Thank you SO much Sharon, you are an absolute star.

GoogleWe recently completed the sale of our house and our experience with Gascoigne Halman was smooth from start to finish from first valuation to handing over the keys. Communication was great and the team proactively updated us along the way. At valuation Adam was knowledgeable about the market and we had a really open and detailed discussion. Adam, George and Sharon handled the rest of the process with viewings, offers and negotiations and regular updates expertly. The most genuine Estate Agents I've ever experienced. Would definitely recommend to others and use again in future.

GoogleThroughout my sale, the team at Gascogne Halman (GH) were personable and professional. During what became a protracted process (no fault of GH), Sharon subsequently became my regular point of contact. I found her to be knowledgeable, communicative (through regular updates) and importantly, tenacious in progressing matters expediently yet with the appropriate diligence. She was fantastic. All in all, a great experience working with the GH team at Heaton Moor. Would highly recommend.

GoogleFrom George showing us round the property on our initial viewing, to Sharon keeping us up to date on all the goings on from the sellers side, Gascoigne Halman have been the best estate agent we have dealt with so far. Very good communication, always forwarding on sellers emails rather than just paraphrasing, calling us when we needed to do something, and all with great professionalism and friendliness. Cannot recommend them highly enough, I’m sure we’ll use them to sell this place when the time comes for that!

GoogleI met Sharon during a viewing and she asked me what I was really looking for from my next house so she knew the one that I have just moved into (a different viewing!) would be ideal for me when we spoke again. She was excellent at keeping me informed on the progress of the sale when it was relevant and also kept me updated on the estate agents part with the solicitors as well. I’d recommend using this branch of estate agents any day!

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Gascoigne Halman in Wilmslow and quite honestly, working with them was the easiest and most enjoyable part of the entire process. From the moment Tom came round to give us a valuation (there's a reason he's known as "Lovely Tom" in our household!) to the moment we handed our keys over on moving day, the whole team was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. Nothing was ever too much trouble and no question too big, small or silly. We can't recommended them highly enough.

GoogleDan is truly exceptional! He’s reliable, responsive, supportive, and has a great sense of humor, making him an absolute pleasure to work with. He was basically on call 24/7, answering every single question or request I had. Plus, his outstanding negotiation skills (and some smooth mediation magic) landed us an amazing deal. I only wish I had more properties for Dan to sell/purchase! If it were up to me, I’d nominate him as the PM of UK, that’s how impressed I am with his work. ;) I recommend Dan wholeheartedly, without any reservations.

GoogleWe chose Gacoigne Halman to sell our house after reading so many positive reviews and we are very glad that we did! From Lewis's initial visit right through the selling process with Julie, they are professional, attentive and reassuring every step of the way. I would say that Julie went above and beyond to keep us informed and always responded quickly to my enquiries. Hopefully we'll never have to sell our lovely new home but, if we did, we would choose GH again in an instant.

GoogleI am so pleased that we asked Gascoigne Halman to sell our house. We were delighted with the way that the negotiating team handled the sale but the real bonus was the way that Julie and Annie held everything together between offer and exchange in what was quite a long chain. We have moved house a few times, although not for some years, but never experienced such a stress free move or felt the need to chase solicitors less because Annie and Julie were doing it all for us. If you want to sell a house in Sale, Gascoignes are the place to go.

GoogleI was very impressed with Gascoigne Halman in Bramhall with the purchase of our new house. Max was fantastic throughout the process! He was efficient, helpful and supportive. He went out of his way to answer all our many questions. He was pleasant and made the stress of buying a house manageable. Dan was also supportive and went beyond the norm to help us. On removal day, when I went to collect the keys, it was a lovely touch to be given a Welcome to your new home card and bottle of wine to celebrate our removal! Very thoughtful!! I recommend them without reservation. It was refreshing to deal with such genuine professionals.
