GoogleI used Gascoigne Halman in Poynton to sell and purchase a property in July 2025, having previously bought through them several years earlier. The staff are attentive, empathetic, and friendly. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend their services to any potential vendors.

GoogleI can’t recommend Gascoigne Halman highly enough! From start to finish, the whole team were incredible in helping me sell my house. Their marketing of the property was excellent and made such a difference, but what really stood out was the level of support I received throughout the whole process. A special thank you to Zainab and Dan. Zainab was always so helpful, and Dan (branch manager) was more than just an estate agent, he was part-time therapist too! His calm reassurance, excellent negotiating skills, and determination kept everything moving even when we hit bumps in the road. He went above and beyond, chased updates through a tricky chain, saved me money through expert negotiation, and never gave up on the sale despite some bad luck along the way. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares, supports you every step of the way, and gets results, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gascoigne Halman. Thank you again to the whole team!

GoogleI recently sold my house through the Macclesfield office. Everyone there was very professional and helpful whenever I had any questions and the sale of my house went through fairly smoothly. I was buying a house in a different part of the country and it proved to be not so smooth! My contact at Gascoignes was Angela Payne who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout all the trials and tribulations that I was going through She just seemed to say the right things at the right time to calm me down when everything seemed to be going wrong. Eventually it all turned out well. I will be forever grateful to Angela for all the help she gave me. She truly went above and beyond and I would not hesitate recommending Gascoignes Macclesfield if you’re selling or buying.
