GoogleWe recently both sold and bought a house with Gascoigne Halman. From start to finish they have been so helpful. When Matt came to value our old house he was so open and honest about its selling potential and then he went on to get the listing sorted over a couple of days from when we asked to sell with them. I have to say Georgia Day has been the most patient and helpful person during the whole process. It had been a long one and Georgia was dealing with both the sale and purchase side of things for us so was getting it from all angles. If I ever felt like I needed some confirmation on things that were going on or felt unsure about something Georgia would happily guide us through the process and was so patient during our negotiations. I did feel there was a few times where we lacked a bit of communication but it was hard to tell if this lay with Gascoigne or our solicitors (although we did use Gascoigne's advised solicitors DC Law.) Overall we would definitely recommend Gascoigne to seel your house.

GoogleGreat service from the Didsbury Gascoigne Halman team (used for sale & purchase). When our buyer dropped out, they were quick to find us a replacement. We were in a long chain and as it got closer to completion James (manager) took personal responsibility for moving it along and giving frequent updates.

GoogleWe have recently completed on a property that we purchased through Gascoigne Halman Knutsford and have to say that the service we received right from day 1 has been excellent. We dealt with Dev Tyrer-Jones and can honestly say he went above and beyond what we would expect throughout the whole process, but particularly as everything was coming to a conclusion. He managed every parties expectations and his communication was excellent. We have no plans to ever move again, but for anyone who is about to move house we would definitely recommend Gascoigne Halman and particularly Dev at Knutsford.

GoogleSharon was amazing from start to finish. We were first time buyers and she was on hand to support us and answer our questions. The sale was completed so quickly and so much of that is down to Sharon, she kept the wheels turning all the time & was always on the ball in the best way. I would highly recommend Gascoigne Halman and would be eager to use them in the future! P.s. I also love the shopping bag we were given on completion 🥰

GoogleWe can’t rate Gascoigne Halman Bramhall highly enough. Right from the start Dan was proactive in helping to get our property on the market quickly and kept us fully updated throughout the process. He would always go the extra mile with transparent communication (often in evenings or at weekends). We’re very grateful to him and the team for keeping the chain and solicitors fully informed and helping to ease the stress levels at those critical points. There is no tacky sales pitch with Gascoignes just honest and approachable service. Thanks Dan for getting us in the new house!

GoogleIf I could rate this branch specifcally higher than five stars, I would. We recently purchased a home (after looking at many with them!) that was sold by Gascoigne Halman’s exceptional Holmes Chapel team. They went above and beyond to help us find the right home, and then, when it came to purchasing, they were exceptional in their communication and in driving the whole chain forward. We had delays at the other end of the chain that were nothing to do with the GH team, but they kept pushing and got hold of people others could not. In particular, Steph’s relentless drive to push through the purchase and sale for everyone involved was admirable. It should be noted that we previously used a different GH branch ten years ago when we sold a house in another area of Cheshire, and that experience (a completely different team) led us not to go with GH to sell our house in Holmes Chapel to move again in the village. The difference in service between this branch and that past experience with a different GH branch was night and day. Although it’s a larger chain, the Holmes Chapel team of Steph, Abby, and Sarah, whom we dealt with, really gave it a lovely local feel, and they were great to deal with throughout - striking a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. The brochure was well illustrated and attracted considerable interest.

GoogleCannot recommend the team at Gascoigne Halman Altrincham enough! Rob gave us really sound advice when we were looking to sell our buy to let, rather than trying to make a fast sale, so it was a no brainer choosing them when the time was right. Jo was a fantastic support throughout what turned into a longer than hoped for process, talking me down when I was getting fed up, and both her and Katie chased things through to the end.
