GoogleIf you are wondering which estate agent to put your house on the market with in Cheadle I highly recommend Gascoigne and Halman- don't look anywhere else. We were impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and approach from the very first visit. Rob is an excellent branch manager and is genuine and honest- it didn't feel like we were just another sale. We also found the team to be so efficient and friendly- especially Nicky who worked so hard for everyone involved and was a central force, who moved things along and liaised with everyone throughout. She is very easy to 'work' with during what can be a stressful time (selling a house feels like work!) We felt supported throughout the process and someone was always on the other end of the phone or email - everyone was so communicative. We are so glad we went with G+H and recommend them to everyone!

Shoshannah was professional and helpful, accommodating and friendly, she's on the ball and managed to navigate some tricky waters with ease. We have just sold 2 properties with them and they have been a pleasure to work with, their honesty and professionalism made me feel I was in safe hands. James has been really helpful, giving us advice during the build and once marketed they were all straight on it, generating momentum. I got the values I wanted and in good time too. I've seen sign boards up for similar things with other agents that were up before we marketed and are still there now. Thanks for all your help and keep up the good work.

GoogleWe bought a house through Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow, with Nicola as our main contact. We can't recommend Nicola enough - she was extremely responsive and proactive in keeping us informed, communicating updates and answering our many queries. She really pushed the deal along by coordinating all the parties and solicitors, and at one point made a suggestion which made the purchase go through a lot quicker for us than it otherwise would have. Nicola is also very understanding of how stressful going through a house purchase can be - we phoned her many times and she was always happy to chat and see what she could do to help.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Gascoigne Halman Macclesfield. All the team gave an outstanding service. Çommunication with all staff was straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble when booking in to view property,they made it easy for us to view property .Some other agents in the area made it difficult for us to view houses so this was noticed by us in particular . Matthew, (the manager) helped both the Vendor and ourselves iron out and resolve a tricky situation. He helped us all navigate a seamless transition of sale and purchase. Everything could have just fallen apart during one part of the transaction ,but Matthew ,having much wisdom along with a calm professional manner played a key role in driving the sale and purchase to a positive conclusion. We would definitely use them to sell our house in the future because they are a safe pair of hands.Thank you 🙏 ps It was nice of them to give us a moving in card ,a new keyring with our new house keys on all complete with a small branded bag that we will use to shop and advertise Gascoigne Halman in the Macc area . Ha 😆

They were all so helpful and friendly throughout the process, and pulled out all the stops. They kept me updated every step of the way and really put my mind at ease. GoogleThe team at Gascoigne Halman, especially Hannah, made the house moving process as seamless as possible. As expected, house moving is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do in your life - but Hannah, James and the whole team did everything in their power to make the whole experience as painless as possible. No phone call too many, or email left un-responded. I would highly recommend Gascoigne Halman if you're selling your property in the area.

Haven’t had to test the maintenance side yet, but everything else has been straightforward and I am well satisfied with the service.

GoogleSharon, George, Adam and the rest of the team were of great help throughout the entire process of selling my home - this even extended to how sympathetic and kind the team were especially when my father was admitted to hospital during the closing stages of the sale process which was greatly appreciated, if you live in the Heatons and are thinking about selling your home I would highly recommend choosing Gascoigne Halman!

I can honestly say the service Sharon provided from putting an offer in to completion was nothing short of outstanding. She was professional and reassuring throughout the process. Which is exactly what you need during the stress of buying a house. Having dealt with other estate agents in Heaton Moor in the past I can confidently say they blow the rest out of the water. Highly recommend.
