GoogleSelling a house is quite daunting and choosing the right estate agent is very important, we were so pleased we had chosen Gascoigne Halman. From the first meeting right through the whole selling process they have been fantastic, really good communication and have made the whole experience a lot easier for us. We would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you so much to the whole team.

GoogleWhat more praise can I give the wonderful estate agents at Gascoigne Halman? From the initial valuation with Jo, to the continual viewing & sales process with Meghan & Kate, the whole team were beyond excellent. Particularly during a wobble (the buyer's original buyer pulled out) they calmly gave great advice & got the sale completed. I can definitely recommend G&H Poynton Branch to prospective sellers.

GoogleWe were very happy with how the selling of our property was handled. The approach was very professional and an accepted sale offer was very quickly achieved at the right price. Throughout all the staff were helpful and friendly at all times and couldn't be faulted for their service and attitude. Would highly recommend them if you are contemplating putting your property on the market.

Particularly appreciated how accommodating they were with access to the house for surveys and checks. GoogleI rang a few different estate agents when looking to rent a property, and Gascoigne Halman were by far the friendliest and most helpful from the start. I spoke to Jordan who ensured their customer service was incredible right from the first call. When it came to renting a house, we dealt with Chloe, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ve rented a few properties in my life, and Chloe made this by far the easiest and smoothest process I’ve ever experienced, hands down. She was friendly, professional and always quick to help - I honestly can’t thank her enough! Would 100% recommend Gascoigne Halman in Glossop to anyone looking to rent or buy.

GoogleWhat can I say, Chloe was an absolute gem. Whilst our home sold within the first week, the completion process was an absolute nightmare. If it wasn’t for Chloe, I suspect our sale still wouldn’t have completed and either the buyer or us would have walked away (we almost did several times) Chloe was managing both solicitors (neither of which I would recommend) and the buyer. She was certainly trying to herd cats. Thanks also to John and Karen. Couldn’t recommend Gascoigne Halman more highly. We went with them originally because of how well they did with our neighbours property 2 years earlier, and they did not disappoint.

GoogleMy experience with Gascoigne was nothing be exceptional. They are very professional, always willing to help and just really nice people. We used all of their recommendations including surveyor and solicitor and it was such a smooth experience. Would highly recommend. I would also like to specifically call out both Isla and Nicola who are the main reason for this review.

This was a probate sale that had several complications along the way but James and the team worked tirelessly to try and get things over the line, offering us reassurance and solid advice along the way and as a result I would recommend Gascoigne Halman Marple Bridge.

GoogleWe had a great house selling experience from first meeting Doug to discuss our sale, through to completion which happened less than 3 months later. We were very happy with everyone in the team who worked to ensure a seamless sale, always returned calls, and kept us updated as the sale progressed. Special mention to Dev who was fantastic all the way through - targeting prospective interested buyers for viewings, then arranging and managing the viewings giving relevant and honest feedback. Once a sale was agreed Dev anticipated ways to make the sale run smoothly and worked proactively to move the process along making sure target dates were met. Frances was excellent too, and either were always available to answer questions. Would definitely recommend choosing the Gascoigne Halman Knutsford office for a house sale in the area.

Initially dealt with Rob for valuation and getting the house on the market which was dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally. Then Nicky handled the negotiations of the sale and purchase. Nicky kept us up to date all along the way and handled all the bumps in the road really well. They say buying a house is the most stressful thing but the team at Gascoigne Hallman really did an amazing job to make it as stressless as they could.
