GoogleDev was absolutely brilliant from offer through to completion. He kept in regular contact with us and the seller, and chased the solicitors ahead of every key deadline so things never stalled. He went above and beyond and made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe purchased a property through Gascoigne Halman and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. After registering our wish list and budget, they helped us find the perfect home. Every member of staff we dealt with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get hold of whenever we had a question. Any bumps in the road were dealt with promptly and professionally, which made the whole process much less stressful. A really experienced and helpful team who provided an excellent service throughout. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe agreed a let with Gascoigne Halman and put in writing what work we wished to be completed before moving in. We received written confirmation that said work would be completed before moving in. Regretfully the agreed work had not been completed and a fridge at the property was broken, which it appears was deliberately concealed from us and we only found out about once we moved into the property. We subsequently went into their office and raised these issues; however, at this point we had already handed over our money and to be completely frank the member of staff we spoke to on the day could not have seemed any less bothered and uninterested in our concerns. Through out the process of agreeing let, there were several administrative errors including incorrect spelling of names on contracts and the wrong address details being handed over to third party sites that try to market utilities. Overall, one of the worst estate agents I've had to deal with over the years.

GoogleWe have used Gascoigne Halman Macclesfield Lettings for our rental prop since 2020 and in that time found them to be extremely friendly and professional. We have rented the property continuously thanks to Lisa and Esther and would not hesitate to recommend them. They are always there to give advice. What would we do without them!

GoogleCharlie and the team were great to deal with. They were excellent at communicating, they did our viewings as it was a sale.due to bereavement. They were caring and supportive, keeping us all updated. They listened to our wishes and guided us through the sales process. They continued to be focused and helpful in following up with solicitors until the sale went through. I would highly recommend their services.
