GoogleWe were so impressed with GH when we bought that we used them for our subsequent sale. Nicola was simply outstanding in getting our sale through, managing the first buyer (a so called “investor”, in reality a complete time waster!), and then our subsequent buyer. The sale needed tenacity and constant chasing and Nicola was always there pushing things along, so professional and supportive. Thank you Nicola!!!

GoogleWe had a great experience with the lettings team. Emily was always quick to answer the phone and help. Robynn was a superstar, she really advocated for us as a family to ensure we relocated to be closer to our children’s school, nothing was too much for her. Thanks again guys, we are so grateful! ☺️

GoogleWe moved house in December 2025, selling and buying through Gascoigne Halman, Wilmslow. The team at Gascoigne were always professional, supportive and friendly, from the initial meeting with James, the photographs and listing with Tom's support, through to Isla negotiating the sale for us. Nicola then guided the sale and purchase from agreement to finish. The selling process threw up lots of unexpected obstacles in the chain, and Nicola went above and beyond to make sure that everything moved forward, with open and honest communication. Her persistence helped to ensure that the sale and purchase went through. Thank you to all the team. Highly recommended.

GoogleI met with 3 local agents before committing to GH to sell my late father's property. All came across well, but we chose Joanne's (Mgr) firm because of her desire to take on the property and her considered thoughts on how to market it. The whole team are so professional, experienced and very customer focused which meant alot to me. From my first meeting with Joanne (Mgr) and thereafter with the rest of the team Meghan, Jo and Kate, it became very apparant that they work well together as a team, always there on the phone or in the office should I need to clarify anything. The viewings were done by Jo, Kate and Meghan and we were advised of each one and provided with feedback following the visit. Our chain had a couple of wobbles near the end and it was Kate that kept us updated and pushed the chain rather than our solicitor which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.

GoogleProbably the worst lettings agency I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, they fall short of expected standards at every part of the rental process. Considering the number of 5 star reviews, they are either fake, or they don't consider those renting through them as deserving of a decent service.

GoogleI moved house last week and used Gascoigne Halman for my house sale. We had a long chain and everything was dealt with excellently by the staff. Brilliant service from John, Chloe, Jordan and Karen. They were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble when I went into the Estate Agents with questions. Overall a great experience from the Glossop team

GoogleI am writing this review to express my complete satisfaction with the excellent service provided by GH Altrincham in letting my property. Chris and Katie were absolutely fantastic, incredibly helpful, highly professional, and a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Communication was always fast and clear, and everything that needed to be arranged was done promptly and efficiently. The whole process was seamless and stress-free, and honestly, it couldn’t have been handled any better. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Highly recommended!

GoogleI selected Gascoigne Halman, Altrincham as they had been the estate agent that had sold my previous house a number of years previously under a very difficult climate. In the current sale, my sales negotiator was Joanne Diggines who very calmly and professionally managed the sales process. A number of issues came up with the property that needed to be addressed and Jo managed very effectively the communication between the buyer and myself throughout the whole process culminating in a successful sale. I would highly recommend Gascoigne Halman, Altrincham if you are considering selling your property!
