GoogleI had two viewings booked for properties managed by this company, I was called multiple times by an agent telling me she would be running late to our viewings on different days to when I had them booked, and then upon doing an hours drive into Manchester to view the properties I’d selected, I was told that my viewings have been delayed by an hour. The way I’ve been handled has been completely unprofessional and unhelpful.

GoogleExtremely professional service whilst being so friendly and patient at the same time. Super quick sale of the property, with great communication throughout as I did not live local to the property. It turned into a long and laborious process (through no fault of gascoigne hallman) and Sharon went above and beyond communicating with the buyer and both solicitors to ensure exchange and completion happened. She has the patience of a saint and was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Would highly recommend!!

GoogleWe let properties through Gascoigne Halman, Heaton Moor and have always received excellent service especially from Kim and Louise. They keep us informed well in advance of any changes we need to know about, give us advice on any improvements that can help market properties and there is minimal time of unoccupancy between tenants due to them working hard to find suitable new tenants. Kim and Louise are always easy to communicate with by phone and email and we couldn't be happier with the efficient, professional but friendly service they provide.

She kept us regularly updated, was always happy to help with any questions, and really went above and beyond to keep everything moving by constantly chasing things up for us. GoogleElla from Gascoigne showed us round the property we loved and are now moving into next week. She couldn’t have been more on it with everything - super easy to get hold of and respond to any questions. She has been so patient and just a genuine person throughout the whole process - we even chose her to look after our property to sell as well as I just had so much faith & trust in her.
