Simply the Best!

Having bought and sold a dozen times, I chose Enfields because of their professionalism, expert knowledge of the local area and I couldn't have chosen a better agent. Daryl who came round to value my property is polite, courteous and instils confidence. I believe the agent showing prospective purchasers around your home has to strike the right balance of professionalism whilst being approachable - these are the qualities that Daryl has. Kevin who follows up everything once the sale has been achieved is brilliant. Always returns calls (no matter how many times you feel you need to speak to him), reassuring and knowledgeable about all aspects of the selling and buying process. Goes above and beyond to ensure all runs smoothly. I cannot recommend Enfields of Bitterne highly enough. Thank you all in the office for the way you handled my sale and kept in contact throughout. City Centre Furnished Rental For Beginners !

Having bought our 2 bed/2 bath city centre property through Enfields they have offered us an exceptional rental service ever since. Enfield's Oxford Road have been on the ball throughout our contract with them, marketing the property as soon as necessary, securing great tenants and advising on tenancy status etc each step of the way. Enfields have monitored the property throughout the tenancy and ensured the property remains safe for our tenants and is maintained well throughout the tenancies. This really has been an exceptionally easy rental to date and all thanks to the staff at Enfields Oxford Road, Jack, Georgia and Melissa in particular who never hesitate to keep us in the picture and are at the end of the phone when needed. Couldn't recommend highly enough, thank you.

I have recently purchased a house through Enfield's and in particular Shaun Jordan. Shaun and his team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. They have been a pleasure to talk to, friendly and very helpful. They resolved issues in a really good way and quickly, benefitting all involved. I needed to complete before the tax changes and could not have done it without their expert skills. It is by far the most positive experience I have had in buying a house through any estate agent. I could not recommend them more.

Personable and efficient letting team

I recently instructed the lettings team to market and manage our buy to let property. Jack explained the relevant fees and process very clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. The property was placed on the rental market very quickly, with a suitable tenant found in just 2 weeks. The process of vetting the tenant and arranging the tenancy agreement was done quickly and efficiently, and I was kept informed of how this was progressing. Honestly and integrity

As someone who works within the property industry I'm lucky enough to hear and see the good and the bad estate agents in Southampton. It really is a minefield and I have huge sympathy for potential sellers who are trying to navigate the maze of sales pitches. For this reason I thinking sites like this are so important as it allows potential customers to get independent and unbiased reviews of agents they may be considering. I've been lucky enough to have dealt with Daryl on a number of occasions, both with properties I own and also viewed potential houses to buy. He's passionate about what he does and his preparation and understand of my home and the general market is always second to none. He has huge integrity and is very honest about the whole process. I would like to thank Kevin and his staff for the excellent Customer Service offered throughout the sale of our house and onward purchase. From our very first meeting with Daryl who valued the house, through to completion, we couldn't have asked for better. The exception to prove the rule. Kevin and his team demonstrated to myself, my family (who are somewhat sceptical of estate agents) and in turn, my property's new homeowner, precisely why they are considered market leaders in the very competitive Bitterne property market. From initial contact through to post-sale after-service, the team were always available, whether in office, via email or at the end of a phone - particularly Kevin, who as owner of the business showed considerable experience and a calm, collected manner when dealing with what many describe as "one of the most stressful things you can do" - namely moving home by buying and selling a property. Having achieved the sale price initially indicated and agreed upon when first valuing the property, as well as attaining it within the target timeframe that I needed, I can honestly say that the Enfields Bitterne team are the only team of professionals I could recommend, when selling or buying a home within east Southampton. Having dealt with property for most of my adult life in some form or another, it was a welcome change in this instance to be able to rely upon the advice of others for a change. If you are thinking about moving, buying a home or indeed selling a property in an area covered by Kevin and his team, then I would not hesitate to recommend them to you, as I have to others. (PS: This is not a paid for review - they genuinely are that good, see for yourselves. Highly recommended local agent

Adam and Kevin were fantastic when we sold our property in Sholing. From the valuation stage through to exchange we were kept up to date throughout. Moving is stressful and our move was no exception, but despite myself and my partner completely stressing and panicking constantly Kevin handled the sale (and us!) brilliantly. An actual face to face service rather than a random person you can only contact on the phone and may never speak to again, I never once had to explain who I was and what property I was calling about when I called, it was a personal service.
