My wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing. When there were issues they helped to resolve them, and consistently kept in touch, providing both updates and advice. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or both I couldn't recommend them more.

The whole process, from arranging viewings to exchanging on the property, has been dealt with brilliantly by the team at Enfields. Rio did a great job of showing off the property, allowing us to see the property on our own terms. During the offer processes onwards, we communicated predominantly with Kevin. Via Kevin, communication with the seller, regarding fixtures and fittings, exchange date, etc., was simple and quick. I can't praise Kevin and his team enough for how they kept us in the loop as first time buyers, took us through the whole process, and fielded different requests. They have all been patient and easy to work with. I would recommend using this branch.

GoogleSTOP CALLING ME!!! I haven't answered any of the dozens of calls I have rejected for a reason: If I don't return your numerous voicemails it is because I don't want to. That doesn't mean that you should call me again every day, at various times, leaving me voicemail after voicemail. Your number has now been blocked. Harassment is not the way to sell houses.

I personally cannot thank the staff and Kevin in particular enough for their invaluable support and guidance throughout the protracted purchase of my home. Even though I was just the buyer, I always felt that my interests were taken into account as much as the seller's. I was always kept updated by Kevin throughout the process, even when nothing seemed to be happening!! and his help with non-helpful solicitors was more than appreciated.. We used Enfields Bitterne as a buyer, when we were purchasing our first home. We largely dealt with Kevin, however also spoke with other members of the team throughout the purchase. We came across a couple of hurdles during the purchase and Kevin was quick to offer support and guidance, which as first time buyers was incredibly valuable. Kevin kept us up to date with progress during the purchase on behalf of the seller, and by contacting our solicitor directly. He was prompt in finding answers to our questions and explained any required actions to us clearly. Although working to represent the seller we really felt like he had both parties interests in mind and worked to create solutions that satisfied both the seller and ourselves. We couldn't have been happier with the support Enfields provided during our purchase, and would likely choose to use their services when we decide it's time for us to sell in the future.

GoogleI have recently sold my apartment in South Western House through Enfields. Throughout the whole process all the members of staff I have spoken to have been extremely helpful. They have kept me informed of developments and given good advice. My property was let and at times it was difficult to gain access but they were willing to go the extra mile to assist a tenant and help me to sell. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and wish all the staff great success in the future. Best wishes to you all and I hope Miss Murray Cox is very happy in 511.
