The Trusted AgentEnfields were Top Notch in exceptionally poor circumstances
Enfields were the agent handling the flat we have purchased. Sam showed us around the flat on more than one occasion and was always friendly and professional. Then the fun began. The vendor’s solicitor has to be the most unprofessional on the planet. Kevin, and on occasion Adam had the unenviable job of chasing up the vendor and his solicitor over a period of 5 months... yes; you read that right, 5 MONTHS, and then report back to us. I cannot fault Enfields who were brilliant throughout. A special mention has to go to Kevin who had the most contact with the vendor and his solicitor (when he could get hold of the solicitor). He was positive and bubbly throughout but had great sympathy for what we were going through. I think the whole thing may well have fallen through if it wasn’t for his efforts. He made an unbearable experience more bearable for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Enfields if we wanted to move again. I hope it’s some time before we do though.

I have used Enfields for three years now and they have always found tenants for my properties quickly. They are always courteous and friendly on the phone. When I have had issues, I now always receive a call, and the problems are rectified. Michael is my usual point of contact and I have always found him professional, polite and he get things done.

We are Landlords living in France and have used Enfields Lettings for a number of years to fully manage three properties. Jack, Melissa and the whole team in branch have taken care of us extremely well. From finding tenant's to managing rental income and dealing with repairs and maintenance they have always been very efficient, courteous, and cost effective. Using Enfields has given us great peace of mind considering we are so far away and they have always gone above and beyond in the level of service that they provide. Although we did not sell through Enfields this was perhaps a mistake and if in the future we needed to sell we would use the Bitterne branch without hesitation. They helped us with a few issues we had and could not be more helpful .

After using another agent who were cheaper but we're a complete waste of time I decided to get a few other agents round, one of them was enfields. Daryl the negotiator was great he was in no rush even though it was 6pm we spent an hour talking through everything he was completly honest and made me trust him from the beginning so I decided to sign up with them. Within a few days I already had quite a few viewings booked in (something the other agents before hand had failed with) with in a week I had an offer! Kevin took over with this and was so communicative always with updating me with every step of the sale, it's so important to have a hard working agent when selling a property, he was constantly back and forth with myself, the buyer and each solicitor when we had a few complications! We are now ready to complete tomorrow and without the help of Kevin not sure this would have happened, so thanks for being great with both myself and the buyer, and also thanks to Adam and Sam who I also dealt with when Kevin was not there. TOP ESTATE AGENTS, WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! :)

The whole house buying process from viewing to putting in my offer. The Estate Agent worked very hard to book viewing at the property that had a tenant in. I would recommend Enfields to family and friends as the service that I have received has been brilliant.

I have had poor experience with Southampton estate agents over the last 10 years. High and unexplained costs, poor communication and damage to my refusal to return funds. Enfields have been non of those things. My property has been on the market for a year due to a seller pulling out, but the whole time Enfields have been communicating and helpful. I would recommend them for property services, I have had a good experience so far.

Having bought a flat from Enfield's we went on to use them for finding a tenant and management also. The Process was made straight forward by them with no surprises and they were friendly and efficient. We would recommend them to anyone.
