GoogleWe had such a great experience with Enfields! We’re a group of five students looking for our house for third year, and James, our estate agent, was amazing. He was really easy to talk to, super friendly, and made the whole process fun. He showed us loads of great properties that matched what we were looking for. Honestly, couldn’t recommend this company more!

GoogleIt's been almost three months since my daughter moved out of a student rental home in Crichel Road. All four tenants are still waiting for the return of their deposit or at least some news on it. Shocking lack of communication throughout the tenancy and when faults were reported, they were extremely slow in sorting them out. Particularly with the boiler when it was winter; the tenants had no heating had to take cold showers for a while. Appalling service and Landlord.

GoogleAbsolutely poor customer service! Would give 0 star if i could, moved out of our rented house in beginning of August and we still have no update regarding our deposit and its now a few days away from November. Staff and property manager give excuses every time we call and don't reply to emails so unprofessional and unacceptable.

GoogleWe had a great experience with our estate agent James, and would recommend, from the Bournemouth branch. He was lovely and helpful, he helped us find the exact house we wanted and managed to book us in for viewings the next day. We now have a house and are sorted for our next year at uni!

GoogleWe found a flat through Enfields, downgrading to a small bed flat temporarily due to family circumstances. So we weren’t expecting much. But it really was a miserable property in need of complete modernisation (or demolition). When we moved in the washing machine was balancing on some old magazines, the bathroom was cracked, sealant rotten and shower mouldy. Paintwork was peeling and just not in a good way. The 3 doors to enter the property were broken and door handles got stuck, trapping people inside and were a security issue for us not being able to lock them. We continued to report things, like a loud squeaky leaking tap (never fixed) the hallway light didn’t work (over a year to replace), and don’t even get me started on the mice! £100’s worth of clothes, baby items and sheets were shredded to bits while we were waiting for the problem to be sorted, Absolutely vile. But the landlord just didn't want to know. (We were grateful for Enfields sorting a new boiler, washing machine and oven for us very quickly though.) When we went to receive our deposit back, what a surprise, the landlord came out of the woodwork and took over half of our deposit for ‘cleaning and painting’ which is so upsetting given we left it as we found it. Enfields themselves are lovely people, but their properties and relationships with landlords is dire, resulting in a lack of due care for tenants. Communication was always delayed and disjointed making us feel like we were bottom of the pile, likely they were just too overrun with other properties, maintenance issues, and their priorities lay with the sales. I would advise against using Enfields unless, like in our case we had no choice. We are just so pleased it is all over.

GoogleSelling and buying a property is not always easy, but Louise Carr went above and beyond to support me throughout the entire process. She kept me updated regularly by email and phone, so I was never left out of the loop. Although I was her client for the sale, Louise also assisted me with my purchase, even though I was using a different agency. Thanks to her persistence and dedication, both the sale and purchase progressed smoothly and completed on the agreed date. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Enfields in Bitterne.
