Absolutely super. Shannen was fantastic from start to finish and made the entire process hassle free. I hadn't rented for many years and Shannen was on hand every step of the way to explain the stages and always kept me up-to-date. I literally couldn't have asked for more. I collected the keys for my new home yesterday and Shannen was there to greet me with a warm smile as she handed over the keys!
