We couldn't have asked for a better service from Kevin and the whole team at Enfields. They were clear and honest from the start about their plan for selling our flat and called us weekly with updates about how the sale was progressing. We also really appreciated having mortgage advice from Natalie in the same office, whose team also kept us updated weekly about our purchase. Throughout what could have been a very stressful process, Enfields went above and beyond to keep us well-informed and ensured that everything kept moving forwards. Would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Enfields Bitterne. All of the team have been amazing especially Daryl and Kevin who we have dealt with the most. I highly recommend Enfields in Bitterne. We have just completed on our first house and Kevin has been amazing with us. As first time buyers, we were unsure of how long everything would take or what the process was. Kevin has been so helpful in keeping in contact with us and updating us on what was happening. Thank you to Rio who showed us around our house and Daryl who showed us around another house whilst we were waiting to find out if our offer had been accepted. After viewing a few properties and experiencing Estate Agents who didn't make an effort to show us around a place and were then pushy in asking us to make an offer, it was lovely to have Rio and Daryl show a genuine interest in what we were really looking for, If we move again, we will definitely be in contact with Kevin and his team!

The whole process, from arranging viewings to exchanging on the property, has been dealt with brilliantly by the team at Enfields. Rio did a great job of showing off the property, allowing us to see the property on our own terms. During the offer processes onwards, we communicated predominantly with Kevin. Via Kevin, communication with the seller, regarding fixtures and fittings, exchange date, etc., was simple and quick. I can't praise Kevin and his team enough for how they kept us in the loop as first time buyers, took us through the whole process, and fielded different requests. They have all been patient and easy to work with. I would recommend using this branch.

My wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled.. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing. When there were issues they helped to resolve them, and consistently kept in touch, providing both updates and advice. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or both I couldn't recommend them more.

I personally cannot thank the staff and Kevin in particular enough for their invaluable support and guidance throughout the protracted purchase of my home. Even though I was just the buyer, I always felt that my interests were taken into account as much as the seller's. I was always kept updated by Kevin throughout the process, even when nothing seemed to be happening!! and his help with non-helpful solicitors was more than appreciated.. We used Enfields Bitterne as a buyer, when we were purchasing our first home. We largely dealt with Kevin, however also spoke with other members of the team throughout the purchase. We came across a couple of hurdles during the purchase and Kevin was quick to offer support and guidance, which as first time buyers was incredibly valuable. Kevin kept us up to date with progress during the purchase on behalf of the seller, and by contacting our solicitor directly. He was prompt in finding answers to our questions and explained any required actions to us clearly. Although working to represent the seller we really felt like he had both parties interests in mind and worked to create solutions that satisfied both the seller and ourselves. We couldn't have been happier with the support Enfields provided during our purchase, and would likely choose to use their services when we decide it's time for us to sell in the future.
