GoogleFive stars, zero hesitation We were on the market for 9 months with another agent - plenty of viewings, zero offers. Then George at Enfields took over - first viewing, SOLD. Massive shout-out to George, absolute legend of an estate agent. Proactive, confident, and clearly knows how to get results. If only we’d found Enfields sooner, we would have saved ourselves months of needless stress. Highly recommend - especially if George is involved!

Enfields supported us every step of the way through what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience, from bringing the right buyers to the house, managing and overseeing a lengthy and challenging chain, and proactively navigating us through all the road blocks to the finish line. GoogleThe agency was very trustworthy throughout most of our renting process and handled the issues we had quite well. However, due to constant staff changes, there has been a lot of miscommunication. I vacated a property I rented through them five months ago and I am still having to chase them to return my deposit. When I went to return my keys, they refused to accept them because there was an issue involving the new tenant, even though my contract had already ended and it was no longer my responsibility. They suggested that I leave the keys with my previous housemate instead, which I did, but later they said they could not locate the keys. Overall, while the agency was reliable during the tenancy, the process after moving out has been quite frustrating due to the lack of clear communication and the ongoing delay with my deposit.

GoogleJack and George were a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. They were always punctual, responsive, and kept on top of everything from start to finish. Every question or point I raised was addressed, and they consistently got back to me promptly and when they said they would. I couldn’t be happier with both the purchase and the outlook for the future. If I ever need the services of an estate agent again, I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Jack or George to handle the sale. Thanks again, guys, the gift at the end was a really nice touch.

GoogleJack, Kayleigh and the rest of the team were really helpful throughout the whole process; from the initial valuation, to the ongoing communication and finally exchanging contracts We had a few hiccups along the way (through no fault of enfields) and the team were always on hand to offer advice and assistance.
