When moving house in a chain it quickly becomes obvious who (out of your, and your chain's, solicitors, agents, mortgage advisors etc) is professional and efficient, and who could do better. Kevin and his team at Enfield Bitterne are a shining beacon of effectiveness in the murky world of mediocrity, frustration and inaction that prevales among much of the rest of the market. Enfield have been absolutely on top of every aspect of our move, proactively chasing down information, getting things done and keeping us informed. All delivered with complete professionalism, courtesy and a smile at every stage. If every agent and solicitor had the same attitude and competence moving house would be much less stressful. Enfields Estate Agents Pontefract are a professional and dedicated Estate Agents who go that extra mile to not only sell your property but also keep you informed throughout the whole process. At points a lack of communication between vendors and solicitors left us in the dark, one call to Enfields managed to put us in the picture quicker than communications with solicitors or the other Estate Agents involved in the chain.
