GoogleVery professional all round service. Estate Agent was smart, professional and friendly. The literature produced was very professional looking and thorough. Although initially we felt that the selling price offered was on the low side, other local estate agents who quoted higher either did not return our calls, or were unprofessional when they viewed the property and then never followed through with information. Enfields always answered the phone politely (unlike some!) kept us informed at each stage either by phone or in writing, and were always understanding of our needs and expectations. They also sold the house quickly allowing us to offer on a flat we had viewed.

They are an amazing company with the most helpful, polite and hard working employees. GoogleA very professional and diligent service offered throughout. From the initial valuation process through to completion I was impressed with the way Enfields went about their business. They kept me suitably informed of progress, were sensitive to our needs and timescales and, when necessary, applied the relevant pressures to the solicitors and other parties involved to ensure the target completion date was met. I would certainly recommend Enfields to any future seller.

GoogleI recently bought a property through Enfields Pontefract office and was extremely impressed by their total professionalism and most helpful attitude. Sophie particularly went out of her way to help with all aspects of the purchase and kept in frequent contact as I was living some distance away. The manager, Chris, was always on hand, too to offer advice and answer questions. I cannot praise the team highly enough and if and when I do sell this lovely home, then it will certainly be through Enfields!!

GoogleAfter a number of years with other Estate Agents we decided to give Enfields a go and it was a great move. We had not had many viewings over a number of years but Enfields immediately put that right. Useful feedback was given to enable adjustments to be made resulting in a successful sale in 8 months. The pro-active approach adopted by the team at Enfields works well and you can be assured that your property does not just sit in a file or a picture in the window but they team will be working all the time to generate interest and a sale. I would definitely recommend Enfields Estate Agents, Pontefract.

GoogleWe're very pleased with the service provided by Enfields. They delivered on everything they promised and you really can't ask for more than that. Pre-sale we had multiple viewings every week and were kept constantly up to date with viewer feedback and advice. Enfields sold our house after only 3 weeks! Post-sale, we continued to receive great service. Although our chain wasn't straight forward, Joanne kept us informed as to what was going on every week and was very friendly, knowledgable and professional at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enfields to all of our friends.

We had lots of contact from Charlotte and Sophie within the the first week of being up for sale. By week 3 we had sold - I couldn't believe it. After that Jo was really efficient with the solicitors and got the sale through in 8 weeks. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thanks so much for all that you did Enfields. GoogleEnfields were brilliant from day 1. They took complete control of the sale of my late mum's house right from their initial visit to the property. They arranged countless accompanied viewings which we couldn't have dealt with being over an hour's journey away, along with an open viewing morning. There were always follow up phone calls to keep up fully informed after each viewing, along with text messages letting us know each time a viewing had been arranged. The whole experience has been virtually flawless and resulted in a quick sale at the full asking price. The staff are all friendly, polite and willing to help and we would definitely recommend them to anyone considering selling their property.

GoogleEnfields Estate Agents Pontefract are a professional and dedicated Estate Agents who go that extra mile to not only sell your property but also keep you informed throughout the whole process. At points a lack of communication between vendors and solicitors left us in the dark, one call to Enfields managed to put us in the picture quicker than communications with solicitors or the other Estate Agents involved in the chain. Enfields were great to deal with and there was always someone on the other end of the line to help if our dedicated contact was not available. They called us back when we requested and were pro active in all aspects of communication. I would not hesitate in recommending Enfields Pontefract to anyone wanting to sell their property.
