Please be assured that we follow a strict referencing procedure for all property applications to ensure the property is affordable to the tenant and to protect our landlords valuable assets (there are occasions where constraints placed by mortgage companies have stricter policies than others, amongst other constraints placed by leasehold properties). I understand our team at Swansea did explain the process to you on several occasions and that unfortunately in this instance we were unable to proceed with your application.
