GoogleAngi and her team are absolutely fautless. The service they offered from start to finish was just top notch with Angi going above and beyond to ensure the sale completed. Sue Waterson was brilliant from start to finish during my initial enquiries into the property which then led me to making an offer. From a newbie into the property buying world, everything was explained thoroughly and when being shown around the property, Sue offered suggestions and where things could go and what I could do with the space Anna Belton - throughout the purchasing process, Anna kept myself and everyone involved in the process thoroughly updated. She did everything she could to chase things up on my behalf and to make things run as smoothly as they could. Thank you all - it is absolutely no wonder why you have won estate agent of the year!

GoogleFantastic service from angi at c residential, she wasnt directly involved with ourselves during our process but later got involved the help get things over the line for me and my family. I can not praise the woman enough, she went above and beyond when it was far from out of her remit. If we ever sell again there would be no one else I would go with apart from c residential and there will be no one else I would recommend moving forward. Angi I wish you all the best for the future and thanks for everything g you have done for us

GoogleFirst time selling a house so was a little naive to the process, C Res kept us informed every step of the way. We had a big issue with the buyers solicitors dragging there feet and C Res supported us as the bridge between ourselves and the buyers on getting the house sold. Special thanks to Ang at C Res for the help with the electrical cert also. Above and beyond and excellent service. A++++++++++++

GoogleCouldn’t reccomend C Res enough. After weeks of bad news with sales falling through with another agent, I came to C Res in hope they could turn things around so I wouldn’t lose my dream house. From the moment I stepped in, nothing was too much trouble and every member of staff truly went over and above offering such an exceptional service! GoogleAs first time buyers, we were nervous when beginning our search for a new home. The team at C Res have been fantastic throughout the whole process. We subscribed to their mailing list to receive updates when property’s became available and when we spotted one that was right for us, they booked us for a viewing in no time. The viewing process was enjoyable, with well-appreciated advice and input with regards to the property. When we decided to put in an offer, the team were genuinely thrilled for us and were so warm and welcoming each time we visited the office or the property. The whole process has been simple and stress free thanks to the fantastic team at C Res - we really cannot recommend them highly enough!

GoogleBeen a tenant with Dawson's for 4 years now since I was a student, and would recommend them over any other estate agents in Swansea. They're fair with their prices at a time when cost of living is difficult for everyone - the staff at Dawson's are supportive in trying to find the right property for you - and very helpful navigating contracts and referencing. The maintenance team have always promptly solved any issues and the whole team in the office are professional, polite and easy to talk to - Kelly in the Walter Road branch has gone above and beyond to help sort things out for me!
