I have sold my property through mortimers this year and I would just like to mention Chloe. She has gone above and beyond her role, keeping me in the loop and up to date. I recieved weekly email updates from her and she answered all my queries and emails on the same day. She has chased my buyers and my onward and nothing has been too big of an ask. Chloe deserves a gold star because she has honestly been amazing and we can't thank her enough for her wonderful and consistent communication throughout the process! Thank you Chloe.

Excellent estate agents. House sold within 2 weeks of going on the market. The sales staff are all very professional and courteous. Especially Waol Falconer who was my sales point of contact. She went above and beyond throughout the sale. Highly recommend over other Hyndburn Estate Agents.

Dawsons let out and manage a number of properties for us. They are professional and easy to deal with. They are easily contactable and have dealt effectivley with all the property maintenace issues and repairs. Their tennant finding service and back ground checks have been very thorough and we have not had a missed rent payment.
