GoogleI was looking for somewhere to rent in Sketty, Swansea and gave my details to several Estate Agents, because there was not much on offer. Surprisingly quickly the first contact was from Dawsons. I had visited the Mumbles Office and spoke to Tara ,as I was told that’s was where the lettings were managed. Kelly at the Walters branch contacted me and I had an opportunity to view a flat with Gethin. Every member of Dawsons staff I had contact with, from Mumbles, the first viewing, to the office based team, were kind and helpful through managing the contracts, finances and the moving in. After I moved in the maintenance team were also extremely helpful. At a difficult time for me Dawsons staff made the whole process much easier than I could have hoped for. Thank you.

GoogleMy partner and I are currently in the process of signing for rental on a lovely flat we were shown last week by Tasmyn! Tasmyn was extremely welcoming at our viewing, with good knowledge of the property and has been so helpful and accommodating in every interaction since! We haven't always had the best service from different letting agents that we've viewed properties with, but Tasmyn has been absolutely wonderful! :)

GoogleDawsons is an extremely professional letting agency, who are usually prompt in returning calls, tending to any issues in the property or conducting inspections. They were very helpful in find the place I live in. Handled all the paper work with total perfection as at the time of booking, I was still in India. However, knowing their reputation, I am glad that I have chosen a property through them. Would defenitely recommend people to consider Dawsons when looking for their next home. Thank you Dawsons.

GoogleBeen a tenant with Dawson's for 4 years now since I was a student, and would recommend them over any other estate agents in Swansea. They're fair with their prices at a time when cost of living is difficult for everyone - the staff at Dawson's are supportive in trying to find the right property for you - and very helpful navigating contracts and referencing. The maintenance team have always promptly solved any issues and the whole team in the office are professional, polite and easy to talk to - Kelly in the Walter Road branch has gone above and beyond to help sort things out for me!

GoogleSince taking over the property, they have been fantastic. Much better then the last company. Everyone has been more then helpful and have gone up and over on everything. Would recommend to anyone looking to be a landlord. They handled the change of tenants incredibly well. Including doing the required maintenance to get it ready for re letting.

GoogleI would like to thank Dawsons especially my agent Ms. Sarah Lewis. All my follow up were answered politely and they are very responsive to all my queries. The house itself is beautiful and well maintained though there are some imperfections noted as it was obviously not a newly built house, but all are mentioned and documented in the inventory list but I couldn’t ask for more. Our entire letting experience with Dawsons was so fast and easy. If you are new in this place and looking for a place to rent, better yet try with a letting agency like Dawsons to save you from all the hassles like thinking of how to apply for electricity, water supply etc.
