We would definitely use Davis Tate in Pangbourne again. They were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They found buyers for our property in 2017 and a successful sale was achieved as a result of their diligence.

GoogleTheir customer service is rubbish. We made an appointment to view a property which was cancelled. The agent didn't make sure we got the message. Yes, she left a message saying 'call me when you get this' , we never called, to any decent person this could have been enough to realise we didn't get the message, but she didn't care, so we went, what a waste of time. All this aggravation could have been avoided by sending a simple email. So, if this is the beginning, what's to follow?

During the process of renting we found Emily. She called to me and we speak about all details. We meet really fast to see my new flat. When we come to office Josh and Emily always are really helpful and friendly. Josh showed as other apartments a year ago but I decided to go to flat from different agency. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake.. But now I' m very happy with David Tates and I would recommend this agency 100 %.

Emily, Josh and Phil could not have been more helpful. They were welcoming and informative when I went in to the office. Emily collected the paperwork and advised me of each step. Phil came out to take the photos and within a few of hours he had completed a very well written advert with brilliant photos. Josh showed an interested person around the week before Christmas and contacted me straight after with the tenants requests. I would definitely use Davis Tate again.

Geraldine in particular always kept us updated throughout the negotiations and was very accommodating when we needed to arrange multiple visits from surveyors and builders both before and after exchange. Phil May has been exactly the type of estate agent you could ask for. He's been reliable, informative, agreeable, straight-talking - and very patient in the face of my many requests. He's also done an outstanding job at chasing our seller's solicitor when she had proved difficult to get hold of. After two year of trying to buy and sell, we came to Phil at Davis Tate in a bid to purchase a property extremely quickly after our previous purchase fell through. With strong support from Phil and our solicitor, we managed to go from offer to exchange in less than two months. You can't ask for much more. We heartily recommend Phil and Davis Tate.

I rarely take the time to write reviews but even though I am sitting amongst too many boxes to unpack I wanted to take a minute to say a massive thank you to Phil and his team, Josh and Joel. I have just completed on a beautiful property in Abingdon it is leasehold and we have encountered delays along the way I had a very strict deadline and was constantly on the phone to all the team. They were amazing always ready to help and Phil always came to me with solutions and not problems. I can recommend Abingdon Davis Tate very highly. So friendly, so helpful and definitely went above and beyond to help. I cannot thank them enough for all the work they put in and because of Phil's determination I now am able to spend Christmas with my family which words cannot express how thankful i am and what that means for us. So thank you Phil for being so patient and listening to my ranting for always being available and for keeping calm and keeping me positive.

We have just sold our property through Davis Tate and I have to say, Sarah and the team were amazing throughout; updating us regularly and keeping us sane throughout the process; nothing seemed to faze them. Our house was unique and unusual which required a particular kind of buyer, which they found for us and then managed the sale quickly through to completion.
