GoogleLettings team when moving in including Clare were great and very helpful. It seems as soon as you are moved in you get transfered to the very unhelpful and rude "Property Management" team, Peter in particular was very rude and when doing management visits taking images and commenting on personal pictures and furnishing found quite intrusive. Issues when checking out also which had to go through deposit protection company to resolve.

GoogleExtremely unreliable, unprofessional and ineffective in everything that they do from lettings to maintenance. To say working with them has been a disappointment is an understatement. Communication lacks, solutions to issues lack, and basic common sense lacks among every person I've worked with there. I have worked with many individuals because turnover seems to be very high in their company as well, which is also a very clear indicator of how well the business is performing or how engaged their reps are.

Davis Tate in Pangbourne have been wonderful. We had to relocate my father from East Anglia following a family bereavement. Both Sarah and Samantha were not only incredibly helpful but were sympathetic and kind to us. They went to great lengths to make the process as easy as possible and supported us throughout the whole time. Their kindness and understanding made a huge difference. We were incredibly impressed with the service received from Richard. For us, purchasing a house for the first time was a new and daunting prospect, however Richard ensured the journey was as smooth as possible. Regular updates, quick responses and a fast paced approach to getting any issues resolved are a few of the many things he did that made the experience less stressful than anticipated. A professional yet warm approach was given through all communication from Richard, and there was a high-quality, genuine amount of care that was given with each step of the journey. We would highly recommend using Davis Tate.

I have regularly used the Twyford office for property lettings for a number of years. Geraldine and Jenny have consistently secured good tenants with short void periods at good market rents and no arrears to date. The most recent letting in April 2017 was no exception. Their dealings with me have been consistently very efficient, professional and helpful. I have also found the Davis Tate administration to be good and any money due has been paid to me promptly.

I always used phone or email contact never been inside the office. Financial adviser all right but had a few glitch while tried to remortgage the flat with him.

Honest open advice. Genuine care for both landlords and tenants needs. Joel held the chain together when it was at a crucial time. Davis Tate conveyancing was non communicatice delayed information which cost me £800.00, a valuable loss. They gave me an incorrect completion date which caused me great dificulty in organizing a removal company. I would NEVER recommend an agents conveyancing service but suggest they seek the service of an independant solicitor. The Davis Tate conveyancer confirmed by TEXT completion was in place!! I have to date received no written documentation to confirm this. This is beyond belief and I question the legality!!! The Davis Tate team were pleasent to deal with. I wish to thank Joel with his attention to detail, it was he that saw things through, I think the move would not have happened if it wasn't for his attention to detail. I wish him well in his career.

Amy has done an excellent job at selling my property in Hurst. She was the only agent who understood the attributes that made the property different and special and also the type of potential buyer that would be interested and would be willing to pay a higher price than other agents valued the property for. She is energetic and proactive and gave me sound advice through-out the process. She worked hard and remained motivated and helpful until the property was sold. She is extremely competent and an absolute pleasure to work with. Even my neighbors commented on what a lovely person she is.
