We had given up any hope of our own Estate Agent's help when selling our Mum's house. They never answered calls and never kept us up to date on anything. However help was at hand, because our buyer's Agents at Davis Tate were brilliant from the beginning to the end. Sarah, Richard and also Samantha, never failed to answer the phone and pursue my inquiries as to how the sale was progressing; or if not immediately available one of them always called me back. They were friendly, helpful and very professional. Because of our frustrations with our own agents, and the buyer's solicitor who never contacted our solicitor, I worried that I would become a nuisance, but that was never the case. They were all unfailingly helpful to the point where they called me when we had exchanged. I really do wonder if our own agents even knew that we had.

She has a vast knowledge of the industry and locality and this made for pitch perfect presentation and marketing of our house. She comprehensively followed up leads, ensuring that there were no nasty surprises in store and enabled us to make decisions based on solid facts. She is supported by a really efficient and friendly team and this makes them stand head and shoulders above their fellow agents In Twyford.

I'd looked at houses with multiple Pangbourne agencies, and Davis Tate stood out over and above. With other agents, as the buyer, I was always acutely aware that I was not the customer actually paying them, but with Davis Tate, they really went above and beyond. They considered houses for us which weren't even on the market, and did a great job getting us into our dream house. When we hit trouble in the chain, Davis Tate managed it expertly. Communication was always clear, and we felt like we were in very capable hands. Today we managed to pick up the keys to our dream house, but I know when we finally feel ready to move again I would want to work with Davis Tate, all down to this great experience. Thank you!!

We put our house on the market with the intention of moving to the coast, but owing to ill health, we have had to remove it for the time being. Richard and his team have been extremely understanding. The enthusiasm shown by Richard and Vanessa on initially visiting was outstanding. The presentation of the house for the brochure and the advertising was faultless. Oliver kept us fully in the loop with regards to the interest shown and the viewings.

Very happy to recommend Davis Tate, Pangbourne. We sold our last home, in Whitchurch in 2003, at lightning speed through Richard Sutton and team. They also did a great job of helping us buy (2003) and sell (just exchanged this week) in Whitchurch Hill. They understood when family circumstances meant we had to delay viewings and, even when the local market wobbled, they kept us fully informed, had impressive stats from Rightmove, and were efficient once we had the right buyers.
