Davis Tate Estate Agents Burghfield Common reviews

I have just sold a property with Davis Tate and their friendly team were brilliant throughout. We encountered several setbacks along the way and lost our buyers twice (no fault of theirs) and each time they were straight back on the case to find a new buyer, which they did quickly. Their communication was excellent throughout, particularly Parys and Chrissie who kept us updated on a regular basis and chased solicitors when required. I would definitely use Davis Tate again.

Davis Tate Burghfield Common were a great help in selling our house, making it a smooth process from the point we switched to them. Brian helped initially and then Parys and Chrissie took over. The communication was great and I think Chrissie and I were in regular conversation. Thank you for making it as stress free as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to sell.

I've just purchased my first house which was advertised through Davis Tate and the experience could not have been any better. Chrissie was excellent throughout - keeping me updated with everything going on and relentlessly chasing the solicitors in each part of the chain to ensure everything was kept on track. I'm sure a large reason for us completing on-time was because of her persistence and effort. I could not have asked for better service from them, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to all.

My partner and I recently bought our first house through Davis Tate, and I couldn’t thank them enough. With a lot of unknowns with the processes etc, they were incredibly patient and they were able to answer all our questions and keep us in the loop throughout. I highly recommend buying through them. We will probably even sell through them when the time comes! Thank you Brian, Chrissie and the rest of the team. Over the past 2 months, we have made this lovely house our home.

We just want to say a HUGE thank you to Brian at Davis Tate for helping us with our move. He was really responsive and always there to help out answering any queries we had. Even after a few tedious weeks of chasing random bits of paperwork, we still managed to complete within 3 months of putting our offer in on our new home. Thank you again, Bryony and Jordan :-)

We moved from Hertfordshire to Hampshire and Davis Tate was the estate agent managing the purchase of our property. Throughout the whole process Brian was outstanding - knowledgeable, experienced, straight-talking and very helpful and supportive. Kelly was super responsive, friendly and a joy to deal with. It was a move with the additional pressure of the stamp duty deadline and Davis Tate were superb in helping us navigate the whole process. Would recommend them highly.

As first time buyers, Kelly made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. From our first viewing to our numerous questions along the way she has been prompt and friendly. Having been in contact with some more unhelpful estate agents in other areas we would recommend using Davis Tate in Burghfield, the whole process was smooth and always communicative. Thank you Kelly!
