GoogleWe sold our house through Davis Tate in Burghfield. From the start we were kept updated. Everyone in the office was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was much trouble for them. The whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend the agency.

Kelly's attention to detail, communicative and interpersonal skills are absolutely faultless. I would highly recommend Davis Tate and Kelly as such a fantastic employee! GoogleDavis Tate were brilliant from the initial viewing through the offer process and then conveyancing. We'd had a negative experience with another agent but this was literally the opposite, I don't recall having to chase them for anything, infact they were chasing me which was refreshing. Felt they were genuine the whole way through. Recommend

We felt so welcomed and supported by Kelly and the rest of the team that we went through their suggested mortgage and solicitor firms and we were not disappointed. GoogleCompared on-line and local Estate Agents before putting the house up for sale, the price of the local agent was more but still competitive in the market place. Davis Tate had a team big enough to accompany most viewings and small enough to know the property. The deal was sealed by the Davis Tate knowing the seller and buyer helping them to negotiate an agreed price.
