I have nothing but positive words for David Tate, Burghfield Common. Having recently purchased a house through them, the team (Brian and Kelly) were exceptional throughout. Not only guiding me through the process and explaining steps in a clear manner (no question was a daft question), but displaying humanness and empathy when problems out of all of our control occurred. They maintained regular contact with me and most importantly were contactable whenever I needed them, and they were fun to talk too! Kelly became my 1st point of contact. On the rare occasions she wasn’t available to speak with (she’d still respond to emails on her days off mind!), Brian was a fabulous extension and seamlessly knew what was happening with the purchase. I highly recommend this fabulous team & branch for purchasing and selling. If we ever want to sell our new home, we would not hesitate for a second to come direct to them. Shout out to Teresa also for the beaming smile when she handed over my new keys on our tiresome move day. Hello, we just bought our first house and had the pleasure of interacting with Davis Tate Burghfield. The only reason I put a 4 star, is that the first estate agent we had left midway through the process and this wasn't communicated very clearly. That being said, everyone I spoke to (including the person who left) were very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Extra kudos to Chrissie who primarily handled our purchase, she was lovely to deal with and was very quick to reply and resolve any issues we had, including promptly chasing everyone in our chain. She gets 5* from us! And thanks for the little gift pack!

Lettings team when moving in including Clare were great and very helpful. It seems as soon as you are moved in you get transfered to the very unhelpful and rude "Property Management" team, Peter in particular was very rude and when doing management visits taking images and commenting on personal pictures and furnishing found quite intrusive. Issues when checking out also which had to go through deposit protection company to resolve.

I had a good, long relationship with DT through the rentals market and when I decided to sell my property I naturally looked to them but also talked to other agents in the area. I chose DT to market my property as their integrity and honesty shone through. It was worth more than the cheapest fee (they weren't the priciest either). Clare & Kelly make a formidable team; professional, personal and importantly for me, honest and realistic. They were open minded to my own thoughts and preferences and had bags of advice and suggestions too, which made a real difference in viewings and ultimately a sale.
