Nathan introduced us to the property and was refreshingly honest and transparent from the start, something that immediately built trust. It’s also been reassuring to know that whenever we called, even if Nathan was out (likely showing another home!), the rest of the team were fully up to speed and able to help. Highly recommend.

I have had great service from the team at Davis Tate over the last few years. Originally I had a valuation and decided at the time not to progress with putting the house on the market. The team kept in touch but did not bombard me with calls, follow ups etc. Once I decided to put my house on the market I went directly back to Jenny and the team who gave me a realistic appraisal of the market and a fair expectation about what I could achieve. I was originally concerned that I had not had a large number of viewings however the 4th person to see the house came back 3 times and subsequently made an offer which I accepted. Throughout this process and eventually to the sale Jenny and the team supported, advised and managed the exchanges between myself and the buyer. I cannot recommend the team more highly!

I cannot think of a better person than Jenny to sell your house. From the very beginning, through the ups and downs and navigations she was just amazing. Meghan was also so helpful, calm and a wonderful person to speak to. Many people say selling a house is one of the most difficult things you can do - but Jenny made it actually enjoyable and I will miss speaking on the phone. We approached Davis Tate Twyford, as we are looking to relocate to the area from London. We initially met Meghan, who is delightful. She clearly has extensive knowledge of the area, and properties she is marketing. She is both professional in her approach, and friendly. listening, and taking on board preferences, whilst offering advice and ideas. The viewings were not rushed, we felt very secure in the knowledge Meghan was listening and taking on board requests for future viewings. Meghan always responds to communications promptly, and instructively. We also had the pleasure of being shown around a potential property by another agent, James Dormer. From our initial meeting, James was friendly, and helpful. He was very informative with regard to the property he was marketing, highlighting key features, whilst taking note of any questions from us that he wanted to confirm. Although the property wasn't right for us, James didn't rush to end the viewing. He still showed interest in our search for the right property. Both Meghan and James have made the beginning of our property search a happy and smooth one. I would not hesitate to recommend Davis Tate Twyford.

Local, well sited office (Twyford). Initial walk-in and chat a year or so ago about prospective move demonstrated exceptionally strong local knowledge and Jenny worked with a great, all female team. Phone calls promptly answered or messages returned with minimal delay. Experience of rivals far less reassuring. Choosing Jenny for our eventual sale was a no-brainer. I felt pricing was realistic with option to hold out for better offers if we couldn’t find our new home. Received asking price offer from well positioned buyer (from London) within hours of signing. Jenny felt she had a strong buyer loitering in the wings and so this turned out. Equally well advanced chain. Offer accepted. Luckily we found the new build we wanted the very next day. Developer accepted 5% lower bid on basis of quick purchase and our argument about the market weakening. From that offer to completion was 8 weeks, using solicitor recommended by Jenny. Who was a delightful Rottweiler based in Henley and equally slick and professional. We have no doubt Jenny was instrumental and probably the key driver of the rapid legal process progression. Always calm, confident and ‘on it’. Thank you!!!
