I had a great experience buying my first home with Davis Tate. Callum was excellent at the beginning showing me the property 3 times and was always really helpful and friendly. Claire then took over to help the sale progress and was always on hand to help chase up solicitors when needed and kept me well updated. She worked really hard to help achieve the completion date we wanted and without her I don't think we would have got there. They have a really good team in Shinfield and I would recommend David Tate to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Excellent experience with David Tate when selling my house. They are a very professional team. Everyone that I have been in contact with are polite and efficient in communication. They always kept me in the loop. Very special thanks to Atesh, Claire and Callum for the high quality service. Very knowledgeable of market conditions. When pricing the house, they aim for a fair value instead of a quick sale, showing that they actually care of customers’ interest and not just want to get the commission as soon as possible. I wanted to get an up to date valuation of my property and contact the Shinfield branch and spoke to Atesh. We arranged an appointment and he arrived exactly on time. After viewing the property and making various notes he went away to check on other similar properties in the area and the price they sold for. He followed next day up with a phone call and sent a detailed letter with the estimated valuation. The service provided was excellent and won’t hesitate to use Davis Tate in the future. Over the course of the last few months I have dealt with Callum, Atesh and Claire and I cannot fault any of them for a number of reasons. Callum was seamless in the initial stages and supported with viewings and any questions I had, once the offer had been accepted and it hasn't been an easy process both Claire and Atesh have been faultless; I was regularly updated both over email and via phone, they were honest throughout and did a lot of the chasing for me in which I felt went above and beyond their duties. I cannot thank Atesh and the team enough and feel like we have been through it all together, I may even miss our regular calls!! Sarah, their sales progressor, was literally amazing and did everything and more for us. She was always incredibly on the ball with chasing, was excellent at communicating with us throughout and was very knowledgable about the chain. We have just exchanged contracts for a house that has been sold by Davis Tate and we are really pleased how Ben and Thomas managed the whole process. Thomas did a fantastic job helping us secure the property and Ben gone above and beyond to to support us in the after sale process to ensure our chain moved forward. He communicated in time with us, our vendor, and the agents in our chain and respective solicitors and it was due to him that we could exchange contracts within 2 month of agreeing a sale on our property. Atesh Crustna (lettings agent) dealt with all my enquiries for no costs, not only did he effiecntly create the ARLA but he showed willing to support any of my needs for no finacial return.
