When we fell in love with the house and put an offer down, she had it accepted the next day! Jo has been so proactive, empathetic and helpful during this process. She’s helped chase the seller’s solicitors and kept us updated the whole way, she’s made a stressful process that little bit easier just by being with us the whole way. Can’t thank them enough, we bought a house in less than a month and avoided stamp duty with the help of this branch! Thank you!!!

Really disappointing experience. My partner rented a property that was heavily affected by ongoing anti-social behaviour, which made living there very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the property manager, Bradley Lusted, was often unavailable and extremely difficult to reach when issues needed to be addressed. On top of that, once the tenancy ended there was a significant lack of transparency and communication regarding the deposit. It was unclear what was happening and responses were slow or nonexistent. Overall, the lack of support, communication, and accountability made the whole experience frustrating and stressful.

So when I informed we would have a new property manager, Emma Lakin take over I was hoping to still have the same rapport and customer service I had grown accustomed to. We had a significant plumbing issue in the flat not long after Emma took over and within a short time after contacting her she had someone there to attend and also followed up with me later to make sure we were all sorted out which gave me confidence that I can still expect the great customer service that I've always experienced. I have rented my house for the last 10 years through Davis Tate. My first property manager was Tracie Douglas Jones and I always had excellent service from her. I was very sorry when she moved on but luckily I now have a lady called Shelagh Bush and I have to say, she is continuing the wonderful service I received from Tracie. I feel very fortunate that whenever I contact Shelagh, any issues I have are dealt with immediately and I feel confident that whatever arises, Shelagh is on hand to sort it out.I do hope she will be around for some time to come.

I cannot fault Davis Tate's professionalism and care that they took when marketing my Mother's house. As I live some distance away Davis Tate took control of viewings etc and nothing was too much trouble. 24 hours prior to 'going to market' they had lined up 5 viewings and within 2 weeks the house was sold! I sadly made the mistake of asking Davis Tate to sell and market my property. I received poor advice on the state of the local market regarding the sales of apartments to find that they had successfully sold 8 apartments in a local and competitive development and therefore all their sales and marketing focus went on that. When I mentioned that logically to them I was told that it was a " benefit " in enabling the sale of my apartment despite getting only 5 viewings with one of those being a repeat viewing. There was no pro-activity and no advice given on what was required to sell the property. To add insult to injury when this was pointed out to the leadership team I was promised a call to see what could change only for the branch manager to call back one day late and typically with no apology.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
