Tracie has managed my property for the last 4 years while I have been working abroad. Her professionalism has been invaluable and her commitment to going the extra mile to help out during some significant issues (the property was struck by lightning!) was hugely appreciated. We then decided to sell the property and Lee has been equally impressive, chasing down the chain to ensure the sale went through and giving me enough information to feel involved while keeping some of the more stressful issues away from me until he'd dealt with them! All in all, a very impressive estate agency and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We sold our house through Amy and Geraldine and purchased our new property through them too. We were kept up to date throughout the process and the they were very helpful in both transactions. Sensitive issues were dealt with superbly and made quite a stressful period as smooth and painless as can be. Davis Tate sold my mum's house for us after she died. They were very respectful of the situation and only followed up at discrete intervals during the months that followed until we were ready to sell. The asking price was decided together after considering the market and other houses recently sold in the area. Davis Tate recommended to set the price at a good, but realistic level, rather than over-pricing as some estate agents do. Once the house was on the market, they were very professional and helpful in every way and even helped arrange for some repairs to be done. They also handled the negotiations very nicely and we settled on a price that both parties were happy with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Davis Tate as a selling agent in the Twyford area.
