GoogleI'd like to share my experience with Davis Tate estate agents. So far it's been great and I hope it continues that way. From day one from viewing the property to handing over the keys it has been very smooth transition for us. No hidden costs or expenses. So far we didn't have any major problems but little things to be fixed in the property and it has been acted upon very quickly. Charlotte has been very very helpful in sorting out any property maintenance related issues. I'd 100% recommend this estate agents and will use them in future. I have not been given any rewards for this review. It's a genuine review for a team that works hard. thank you guys.

From start to finish James has been excellent - professional, very friendly and so helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable and was with us every step of the way in our house sale. He obviously loves what he does and worked so hard to ensure we were happy and knew what was happening.
Sarah was also supportive and helpful when we spoke to her about a couple of things. In fact the staff at the Pangbourne office were always welcoming whenever we visited.
James went above and beyond what we expected and has even been in touch after completion. Thanks James, by being there, you made the selling process so much easier.

GoogleWithout a doubt, the single worst experience of renting a property I have ever had. I have rented properties all around the country for over 11 years and have never had such an awful experience from a professional agency.
From moving into a flat in January 2017 until leaving in May 2018, having Davis Tate as my estate agent has been an utterly appalling experience.
From exorbitant fees (e.g 'express check in' , 'changing a payment date') on moving in, to arguing about every single maintenance issue right the way through to vastly exaggerated 'cleaning to a professional standard' fees when you leave, I guarantee that using this Estate Agent will cost you time and money, cause you immense stress and utterly destroy any excitement you may have had in your new flat.
Please don't make the same mistake that I did, take a different place with any other agent.
