I decided to instruct Davis Tate as they have previously provided very sound market advice, on again on this occasion I thought their market assessment was well considered and they provided comparable evidence to support their view. I was particularly impressed with the time and trouble that Richard took to capture good photographs of the property as this is all important. All viewings have been handled by the whole office with extreme efficiciency and they always give me feedback after the viewings. so far they have successfully completed the sale of one of my properties with minimum ease and speed and they were always on top of what was happening with the legal process and the funding situation. Two more properties to go! My rating for this firm is 'exemplary' - they are everything that a very good, professional firm of estate agents should be and I really cannot think of any areas where they could improve - very well done team!

It has been a stress full time moving house but without the help of this team we are not sure we would have made it.
Amy was the lead in the early stages and found a buyer for us, quickly and in difficult market conditions.
Then Geraldine took over and worked with great determination and persistnce to ensure that none of the many problems went unresolved. Without her involvement we would have been at least a month longer before we could have moved.

My Flat in Twyford became vacant for the first time in nine years. I needed a new tenant and the flat needed a makeover. Within days Heather Tull had marshalled decorators, electricians, carpet and floor specialists as well as cleaners. While all the work was being undertaken Jenny and Geraldine got into action to find a tenant.
The outcome was that a new tenant was found and is all set to move in.....and in less than three weeks from the flat becoming vacant. Great teamwork and great service from the ladies at Davis Tate in Twyford! Really impressed and very grateful.
