GoogleGood estate agents. All around the area. They are correct. When had a business with them or tried to do another one, sometimes no call backs if you leave a message. I always used phone or email contact never been inside the office. Financial adviser all right but had a few glitch while tried to remortgage the flat with him.

Jenny was extremely helpful and supportive when the property we applied for was unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances. She managed to offer us suitable accommodation and went beyond her duties to find out from the Council about schools and placements for our kids. During the entire process she kept us informed as well as the rest of her team about our application and situation. Great customer service is hard to find these days and Jenny managed to deliver on her promise. Thanks for the great help!

Well presented, enthusiastic, well organised and gave a very professional service. Realistic price pcm and fees were agreed and flat was quickly let. Agent chased up on requirements at correct times effectively and kept me updated on a regular basis. Only minor improvements could be provision of full set of keys including post key to tenants and more clarity over how final utility bills are dealt with. Overall very happy with service.

Geraldine was highly practical, pragmatic and diplomatic - everything you want in an estate agent when you are on the buyer-side, particularly when there are negotiations to be undergone. She never gave us any kind of a 'hard sell' and always let us make decisions ourselves, whilst ensuring we had all the facts. Additionally she recommended some good tradespeople. In what became quite a stressful transaction (aren't they all) Geraldine remained calm and helpful and was also very responsive. Amy was also very understanding of our position, and helpful. Thank you to Geraldine and the team at Davis Tate.

Joe is a very professional and experienced agent and I would definitely recommend him to friends, family and work colleagues. Joe has helped me with two flat moves (both rented), the first in 2010 and then again in 2016. He was very prompt and efficient and assisted with any queries that we had. Joe made the moving process easy, simple and stress free. Joe always takes that extra steps to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and I was very impressed with the service provided. Josh is also an excellent agent. He was very professional and helpful and took the time to explain things. I would recommend that you use Davis Tate, especially Joe and Josh.

They always answered my calls and requests promptly and Stewart went out of his way to keep in contact - sometimes on occasions when he wasn't supposed to be working. All in all the team made what could have been a stressful process fairly straight forward and I'm very grateful for all their help and advice.

GoogleThe purchase of my new house was dragging on and on. In desperation I phoned Stewart Simpson of Davis Tate in Abingdon, and asked for his advice. He quickly arranged a discussion together and spent quite some time offering professional and helpful advice. He offered to sort out some of the problems, which took a great weight off my mind! And hey presto! Stewart succeeded in moving things along - and, guess what? I exchanged not long afterwards and completed shortly after that! Stewart and Davis Tate are a great team, and I'm really grateful for their expertise and guidance.

GoogleWhen we decided to sell our home of 36 years and move to Devon, we contacted three estate agents in Abingdon to give us a valuation and explain the selling procedure to us. They were all very professional and sympathetic to our requirements. We chose Stewart at Davis Tate because he had been recommended to us and his charges were more favourable. Also, he was very understanding of our time schedule and worked very hard to achieve our goal. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication between us, including his assistant, was excellent. The sale went very smoothly and we are now starting a new adventure in East Devon. Thank you to Stewart and his team.

We were kept updated all the way through, and even though we were not purchasing with Davis Tate, Stewart was able to give us much more information on our purchase, in a much shorter time than the agent who was handling it. Nothing was too much trouble. Would have no hesitation in recommending them!

Great all round service from both Richard and Cherry in selling my quirky house that took a while ! But with their persistence and hard work we got there in the end and they managed to sell our house. Both are a pleasure to deal with and if your local to Pangbourne I would recommend your local agent Davis Tate. Especially the Pangbourne office!

Not all estate agents are the same. Davis Tate Pangbourne has been excellent keeping us updated almost on a daily basis, listening to our troubles and helping us to overcome some of the stress. From the word 'go' when Richard first called to see us right up to Exchange of Contracts Cherry has been on the other end of the phone with her cheery voice and full of encouragement. Thanks also to other members of staff who have never put us on hold but always offered positive information. We can't praise them enough. Praise also goes to Davis Tate Conveyancing.
