Customer service really bad and do not…

Customer service really bad and do not go through these guys bunch of useless agents who pretend to act professional and act as if they know what their doing but have zero knowledge of customer service and respect.Take half a year to act on a request and talk to customer like animal.This is the Southampton centre site.

The process of buying or selling a house can be very challenging, an emotional rollercoaster. That's why is very important to choose the right estate agent . Having recently sold my flat through Charters (Southampton branch), it was a relatively straightforward process.Once the negotiations had taken place, the sales progression team, namely Stephen provided good customer service. There were many frustrations on my part with the time it was taking for different part of the process which were not on the fault of Stephen or his direct team. It was mortgage companies and solicitors - lack of communication from them. Stephen showed empathy and understanding whenever we talked and I was kept updated on the progress even when there wasn't any news. He was quick to respond to my calls and emails and was consistent his approach. Thank you for your help, Stephen!

Have used Charters on a couple of sales. As far as agents go they are the best in Farnham. Both Jonathan and more recently Nick have been attentive to us and guided our sales with professionalism.

Amazing team really helped us from start to finish. Very friendly, polite and professional and helped us to take some of the stress out of first time buying. Stephane was amazing at communicating with us and keeping us up to date with what is happening and speeding up any complications in the process. Great team to have help with buying a property.

Good experience with Charters, as we called around agents they were one of the few that took a minute to listen to what we wanted and ask questions, rather than just add us to their estate agent database. Pretty good post-offer too - good communications, responsive and action-oriented.
