I am deeply disappointed with the conduct of Charters Estate Agents, specifically their End of Tenancy Consultant Rimvydas Tuma ( Rimi). Upon moving out, after having the property professionally cleaned, Ms Tuma produced an exaggerated cleanliness report using move-out photos some had no corresponding move-in inventory photos to compare against. This is a fundamental failure of proper inventory procedure.

Charters have been excellent but especially Toby Rowe. He is a credit to the Alton Branch (Hampshire). In an age where communication is key, he sets the bar high by keeping in touch on a regular basis with updates and feedbacks and even to say hi. Toby has been my main contact but everyone at the Alton Branch are an excellent example of how estate agents should run. Very very happy with them. Thank you Charters xx

I had a bit of an issue when a ceiling light came down and a window handle broke. I reported the maintenance request on 31st May, and Edie Jarvis was absolutely brilliant, she dealt with it straight away and sorted a handyman to come over and fix everything. Really impressed with the quick and efficient service!
