A very smooth process from start to finish. Everything was wrapped up within the week. I was contacted not long after my initial enquiry and set up a date for a viewing there and then. I was met at the property by Lily right on time and shown around. Any questions I had (I had a fair few) were answered straight away so that helped me get a clearer picture of things and how to proceed. Any questions she couldn't answer, she took away, found out and let me know quickly.All communications were friendly, informative and extremely helpful, especially with the parts of the process I was unsure about. I'm new to private renting so was very cautious about it all but everyone I dealt with has been very kind and helpful.

Peter, Adriene and Kareen were all so helpful when moving into my property. I knew Peter from a previous property and he made the transition so easy. Adriene helped with the admin when moving in and Karen’s was a friendly face who showed us the metered and handed the keys over.
