Kirstie at Charters Farnham has been absolutely amazing trying to find me a property to rent, i was signed on with other companies and Kirstie was the only one out of all the Agents who called me regularly with new properties coming to market. if you are putting your house up for rent, go with Charters. Their competition (i use that term lightly, in my view they are not) have been appalling, not one call from any of them in 6 months.

After my husband died I signed up with Charters to help me move from East Sussex to the Alresford area to be closer to my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter had bought her property through Charters and from day one I found everyone, particularly Fred and Ryan, very professional, kind and pro-active. They understood exactly the type of property, location and, most important of all, the setting I wanted and although the property I’m now in the process of buying is registered with another agent, which is a great shame, the level of regular contact from Fred was exceptional. I cannot recommend Charters highly enough.

Kirstie Stone is top notch and you should consider yourself extremely lucky if she happens to be the agent you are working with for your property. She is extremely knowledgeable, as well as kind and helpful. Kirstie helped me to move from Switzerland to the UK and it was completely seamless and we got everything sorted in a short amount of time. She still works with my landlord to manage my tenancy and makes things so easy, 3 years later and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 experience.

Charters have been excellent from a buyers side. We dealt with Cameron who understood our needs, recommended strong properties that fitted our criteria and then managed the process expertly. Buying a house should be enjoyable and non pushy, this is exactly what Cameron and Charters deliver. If you’re looking to buy a home make sure you sign up to these guys. The entire team is also super friendly and helpful, we needed ID verified for solicitors and even though Cameron was out of office, Ed stepped straight in and helped us taking time out of his day to complete what we needed. This is how modern day estate agents should deliver their services.

Behind their posh and “professional” looking offices here is the treatment you can expect from them; 1. They claim not returning “parking permits” at the end of the tenancy, even if you did. 2. They claim you putting nails on the wall, when you haven’t. 3. They use their management keys to access the property unsolicited/unauthorised, and they claim that this wasn’t the case. Unfortunately appalling tenancy service despite communication efforts, I find them horrible deal with. Please stay well clear away from this company. You have been warned!
